The place was great. The owner reached out a couple day through our stay asking if we needed anything. If we had issues to get a hold of them. I will stay here again.

Great property!

We had 4 adults and 1 child staying at this unit! Everything we needed was there. Check in was super easy. The only issue we had was that the 1 bedroom had 2 full beds instead of 2 queens. Everyone agreed this unit had the best mattresses! The property itself has some age but everything was clean. Awesome pool deck and easy access to the beach with plenty of wash areas coming off the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing views!

This unit is 100% as listed and a wonderful place to stay. The condo is spacious and we had everything we needed for our beach retreat. The best part is that the owners are amazing to work with!

My family has stayed here for the past three years and will continue our stays here. The view is wonderful and the ease of having the pools and beach available to us with out driving and finding a parking spot is perfect.

Great condo right on the beach! 15th floor had awesome views. The check in process was SO easy, way better than with a rental company. Host gave multiple phone numbers in case we needed anything. Condo had everything we needed for 7 people; towels, dishes, utensiles, pots/pans, etc.

Great Place! Great Stay!

This was our 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed our stay even more. The upgrades to the unit were a pleasant suprise when we first opened the door. The owners are easy to deal with and make the whole experience a pleasant one. We hope to vacation here again.

Fabulous place to stay!

We've been going to North Myrtle Beach on vacation for 30 years now and The Ashworth has been our favorite place to stay, so far. This condo was roomy, comfortable, very clean, and well-stocked. The pools and hot tub are well-maintained with security on duty during operating hours. Plenty of parking and 4 elevators to accommodate the comings and goings of of it's vacationers. Kristen was very attentive and responsive. She even called early in the week to see if we had and questions or concerns. Good communication. THE LOCATION of this condo could not be more perfect. Oceanfront and also located right at Main Street and Ocean Drive. Restaurants, activities, and convenience store all within a very short walking distance. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Fantastic Condo!

We really enjoyed this condo since it was clean and had all the necessities of home. Jim was easy to deal with and very accommodating given I booked his condo last minute for a trip to North Myrtle Beach. I would not hesitate to contact Jim again in the future for another trip to the beach!

Amazing!

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for many years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very roomy and comfortable! We had everything we could possibly need from cookware to beach supplies, even a nightlight for daughters! The only thing I would change would be to make the pool bigger but overall we would love to stay here again. Kristen was also super responsive when I reached out to her with questions!

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at!

I can't say enough good things about this place! Especially for the price! It was very clean and the beds are super comfy. The location of this place is the best! It's right on the beach and not too crowded, 5 min drive to the store, and walking distance to some restaurants and ice cream. The owners even provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. They are so nice and easy to work with. Even checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful condo with great location!!

The condo was very nice! Clean and had everything needed. Large enough for 2 families. We loved being close to the beach and shops/amusement park across street. Fast elevators. Loved the reclining leather sofas. Comfey beds. The pool is kind-of small, but we still enjoied it. Beautiful beach!! Condo staff were friendly.The owner was great and responded to questions quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Simply The Best

This is an amazing condo! The location simply can not be beat. The condo was huge and anticipated all of our needs and met them. It was very clean and beautiful. The view is breathtaking. We were minutes away from any shopping we could have possibly needed. We could walk to some of the best restaurants. The walk to the beach was so easy because there was basically no walk at all. We could not have asked for a better vacation and we will definitely be back.

I highly recommend booking/staying at this condominium owned by Kristin and family on North Myrtle Beach 102 North Ocean blvd. North Myrtle Beach. From the minute of booking to the minute we stepped into the condominium. It was everything we had hoped for and needed. The checking in process was amazingly easy and went so smoothly. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The checking out process was just as smoothly as the checking in process. Kristin’s condominium provided us with everything we needed away from home and everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation on the beach. This condominium was clean and ready to go as soon as we walked through the door. The view was amazing and to top it all off the beach supplies that were supplied by Kristin and family made our beach experience even better. Everything was provided that was needed to have wonderful days on the beach and even down days when the weather wasn’t so pleasant to be on the beach. I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone that wants to enjoy a beach vacation with their family and friends.

Great..Great Great... is the only thing I can say about this Condo.

Our visit on January 13, was one of the best that we have had since I have been going to the beach in 10 years. After arriving at the condo the owner Jim took the time out of his schedule to call us to make sure that the condo was what we had expected... It was more.. the only way to describe it was BEAUTIFUL. The deco, kitchen and the new beautiful flooring that was recently put in was of great taste. The condo was so well maintained and very clean. If you are ever in need of a place at the beach to stay I would highly recommend this condo to rent. You will not be disappointed and the best thing about renting this is that you do not have an agent to go thru the owner takes care of everything themself. Which was GREAT. Thanks Jim and your family for allowing us to use your home for our visit.. you will be the first that we check on when we return to NMB for sure. you will be highly recommended to all.

Great condo for a Family Getaway

The owners are VERY nice and QUICKLY responded when we had a question. The condo was pretty clean and has most necessities. Could have used more bath towels - we had mostly girls in our group. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Love to sit out there with coffee and a book! Bring your own beach umbrella and beach towels. It's nice that there is a Wal-Mart so close in case you need to pick something up. The lazy river and pool were small and too crowded for our taste - but who cares when the beautiful beach is right there? Lots of places within walking distance. My family had an amazing stay and I highly recommend this condo. The one small thing I might suggest is to pick up a few cheap power supply strips and $30 HDMI extender ports for the TVs. Nowadays on rainy days folks may want to plug in their own travel ROKU sticks to catch up on their Watchlist or kids want to plug in their XBOX or Playstation. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and you can tell the owners really want you to enjoy your time there. TIP for checking in: Elevators on arrival day are rough. Everyone is getting there at the same time. Let's say you park on deck 5 and want to go up.... every time the elevator opens it's already full from picking up others below. So.. go DOWN to go UP. Otherwise you'll end up waiting a long time. You're welcome.

Exceeded Expectations

My family just returned from a week spend at this condo. We could not have been more pleased. Beautiful view, comfortable beds, great AC, view of ocean from master bed, and great amenities. Here are a few specifics: Larger than usual private balcony with beachfront view, single level layout with a private bathroom for each bedroom, good kitchen layout with dishwasher (no granite counter tops or stainless appliances but very clean and functional), roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds, and very comfortable living room with comfortable leather couches, and the list goes on. The room is more than adequate but the thing I was most impressed with was the facility itself. The Ashworth is an 18 floor complex with two pools, lazy river, huge hot tub, and grassed outdoor area for grilling and outdoor dining. There are four elevators and they are super fast. We never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator. And you will not find a cleaner facility anywhere. The pool and sun area were hosed down each morning and the entire area was almost spotless. I highly recommend this rental property. Owner was great to work with and even called during the week to check in and see if we had any issues. And the cleaning lady had the place spotless and even texted me to let me know the room was ready. This was a great experience for our family. I have always said that no review is valuable unless you get both good and bad so here a couple of minor negatives which would in no way keep me from renting here again. I would have loved a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, did not find the DVD library until the last day, and the clothes dryer was slow to dry. Otherwise this place is an A+. Oh, and one more complaint......I didn't think those kids in the pool were ever going to find Marco.....Polo! (only one day, the rest of the week was very peaceful) Thanks again to the Rizzo family.
