Our house keeping team takes inventory of kitchen items ensuring you have all the essentials to prepare meals in the comfort of your condo.
We leave you with a starter of TP, PT, Dish soap, We even leave you a couple of extra beach towels if you need to use them.

Master Bedroom:

New King Mattress, Flat screen TV, Ceiling fan. Large Slider leading out to a balcony & overlooking the Ocean. Wake up to those beautiful ocean views.

Master Bath:

Has a double vanity, Separate over size shower w/ new shower head. A separate garden tub. Lighted make up mirror Ladies!

Bedroom 2:

Spacious second bedroom has 2 twin beds w/ new mattresses, one of which has a trundle under it so there are 3 twin mattresses in BR 2

2nd Bath: tub/shower combination.

25" Balcony w/Table & 6 Chairs to enjoy oceanfront dining everyday of your stay.

Ashworth is a Luxury Oceanfront Resort. Enjoy the indoor heated pool, Outdoor Pools, Kids Pool, Grass area. extra large Hot tub. and a LAZY RIVER!

Work out room. Large grilling area permanent charcoal grills. Picnic tables over looking the ocean.

No grills are allowed on the balcony. Ashworth provides grills to use by guests by the outdoor area.

MISC:

Our condo is exceptionally clean because we live close by and make sure everything is in order for our guests. This is also our vacation home so it is well taken care of. It's not just a investor property. I personally hired the best cleaners and it is NOT cleaned by some rental company's cleaners. I'm very picky and want you to have a wonderful stay so you can return each year with knowing what you will be getting.

We do NOT rent to teenagers or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT ALLOWED at Ashworth. Should a house party attempt to occupy the property they will be denied entry and/or be evicted w/ no refund. Bldg has 24 hour security and they are very strict about this because Ashworth also has permanent residents. We have a smart lock on our door. The building does NOT allow Smoking in or outside the unit.

Sorry: Ashworth is a smoke free, Pet free & party free facility. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed. Ashworth only allows 2 cars per unit. The discharge of fireworks from the property are NOT ALLOWED. Nor the use of pointers.
