The Space:

Soak in the sun and spectacular ocean views from the wrap-around deck, living room and kitchen. The two bedrooms (one queen bed, one Cal-King) are located on the first floor along with two full bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find the gorgeous living area with a pull-out couch, kitchen, dining area, work space, half-bath and a large deck. The outdoor space has a peaceful garden, outdoor dining space, grill and citrus trees for your enjoyment! Additional amenities include heat and air conditioning, WIFI and cable, stackable washer/dryer, 2 parking spots in the garage, with an additional 4 parking spots in the driveway. There is also private access to the beach via a tunnel under the train tracks; and private walkway up to L’Auburge.



The Neighborhood:

Incredible location just a short walk to the sand, Del Mar Plaza, and Del Mar Racetrack & Fairgrounds. You'll find plenty of delicious restaurants and great shopping on nearby Camino Del Mar.
