C’est l’une de nos quatre charmantes escapades en duplex dans le quartier de Beach Colony, à Old Del Mar, à deux minutes à pied de la plage. Chaque unité peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement et comprend un garage, une allée et un espace extérieur privé. 2 chambres à coucher, 1 salle de bain, une cuisine complète prête à l'emploi et un grand espace extérieur rendent ce chalet prêt à l'emploi. Nous vous fournirons le détergent à lessive et les produits de douche ainsi que des articles plus ludiques: chaises de plage, jouets et chariots. Vous venez d'apporter vos sourires!

I loved my stay here! The cottage is so cozy and the location is perfect. This was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The property manager was amazing, very quick to respond. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This adorable 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect get away. Location is everything and the beach is a 2 block stroll across the street. Flawless yard with front porch chairs and swing, outdoor shower, and a back patio with table, chairs and laundry in garage. The place is impeccably decorated and spotless. Walk a mile or less to coffee shops and restaurants. Designated parking makes things easy and grocery and all you could want is within a mile or two.I definitely hope to stay here again.

The cottage is absolutely adorable with fresh updates. Everything is so tasteful and the property managers are incredibly responsive. Great location to the beach and less than a mile walk to most restaurants and shops.

Great stay in Del Mar with my dog

I spent Labor Day week in the Del Mar cottage with my dog. The cottage is located an easy walk to dog beach and all the restaurants in Del Mar. We had a great time and look forward to coming back to visit again.

Wonderful property, close to everything, quiet neighborhood and well appointed. Only thing missing was a cheese slicer 😀. Close to a great walking beach. Definitely will stay again if in the area. Cozy and comfortable.

Shell 🐚 cottage is the BEST!

This is our 4th stay at the Shell cottage! The cottage has been completely remodeled and is beautiful!! We love being nestled in the heart of Del Mar.. We walk or bike everywhere we go…The ocean and dog beach is just a few minute walk .. highly recommend… you won’t be disappointed!!

The perfect little place for the two of us and our puppy in Del Mar. Close to the beach, Dog Beach, the trail inland, restaurants, surfing and more. Exactly what we had hoped for

Great visit for a family of 4 and dog alike. Very organized and clean layout. I'm reluctant to say too many good things since I don't want it to be booked the next time I try to book this place. Super cute place next to the beach, what more is there to say, am I right!?
