This condo is conveniently located off Highways 501 and 31 and is within minutes of multiple award winning golf courses! Our condo is less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Myrtle Beach State Park, Top Golf, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and the Tanger outlets. It's in a gated community and offers gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway from It's third floor balcony. It's only a short walk (within the community) to the outdoor or indoor pool, the tennis/pickleball courts, putting green, and the fishing pier and boat dock.

The condo is fully furnished and recently updated. It includes wi-fi and basic cable and a screened-in porch with gorgeous views of the intracoastal Waterway. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bath and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have dressers, TV's with cable, ceiling fans, closets, and end tables. The master bath has a private area for the tub/shower and toilet. Each bathroom has a full bathtub, shower and hair dryer.

The Kitchen includes a sink disposal, full size electric oven/range, fridge, freezer, and microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities such as settings for six, a toaster, two coffee makers ( a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig), pots, pans, cooking utensils, hand mixer, blender, bottle openers, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are hundreds of award-winning restaurants within a 10 minute drive of Waterway Village with many offering delivery service.

The living room features a new sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed, a smart TV with cable, accent chairs, ceiling fan, and access to the private balcony. The dining area includes a dinner table with chairs within easy TV viewing.

The screened-in balcony has its own ceiling fan and it is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy your meals with beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Our "starter kit" includes toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent packets, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Daily or mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.
