To cover added efforts we will assess an automatic additional $300 fee - with no exceptions- to all bookings where prior conversation was not had before initiating the booking request, as it can take a few days to confirm availability with the homeowner and VRBO/Homeaway will assess us penalties for not accepting within a 24 hour window. Description: Fabulous 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condominium in the Harbor Ridge Resort on a hilltop with full resort amenities and views from the hilltop across Southwest Harbor to the mountains and Islands beyond. Three stories of living space, close to unit parking, with 2 balconies! Access to the resort's shared use tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, gift shop, hot tub, recreational room with fireplace, game room and multiple outdoor sitting areas, complete with seating and small fire! Just a couple of miles to the Southwest Harbor Village Center and to hiking trails at Long Pond in Acadia National Park!

Layout: Entry Level: Open Kitchen with Dishwasher, Dining area, Living room with TV and access to furnished Balcony. The Living room sofa can open to a Queen sized sleeper sofa. Half Bath. Upper Level: Bedroom with King Bed, TV and Full Bath with Tub and Shower and also with furnished Balcony. This upper level Bedroom is open to the Stairwell and so cannot be entirely closed off, meaning it has no door, so please make note! Lower Level: Bedroom with 2 Full Beds and TV and with door to outside Patio. There is also a Full Bath on this lower level, with Tub and shower. Laundry is a stackable washer and dryer.

2026 Weekly Rates : July 3- July 10 $2800. Please note the Security HOLD/Deposit is $750 and VRBO does not process or collect this amount but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues NO security refund. Please contact them directly in advance of booking if you need further clarity. Please also note all children do count as individual occupants for limit purposes regardless of whether vrbo classifies them as such. No pets permitted. Added transaction fees are not part of the lease agreement.

Please note: All bookings require a separate Lease Agreement and Lease Packet to be completed and signed by both parties within an Agency determined time frame after booking through VRBO/Homeaway to bind the reservation.

Please do NOT initiate a request to book until we let you know we are ready, as it will either be declined, allowed to expire, or edited as a pre approved quote to reflect an impossibly high rate so that you will have to decline the quote. VRBO/Homeaway will penalize hosts who decline a booking request when the calendar shows the dates as open and also penalizes hosts who allow booking requests to expire, therefore we may simply exercise the option to edit the quote to reflect an impossibly high rate so that you will have to decline the quote.
