This newly built custom home offers breathtaking views of Southwest Harbor, the ocean, and nearby islands. It’s bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.

You’ll love how close you are to everything—just under a mile to the heart of Southwest Harbor with its charming shops and restaurants, and only minutes from Acadia National Park for hiking, biking, and unforgettable scenery.

There’s also shared pedestrian access to the waterfront just across the road—great for a morning stroll or launching a kayak (feel free to ask us for more details!).

2026 Weekly Rates without required added Agency and VRBO Fees and the amounts reflected on Lease Agreement that you sign for parties of 9 or less: April 25 - June 13 $3500; June 13- June 27 $3900; June 27 - July 25 $5200; July 25 - August 22 $5500; August 22 - September 5 $4000; September 5 - September 26 $2700.

Available during the late Fall and Winter as well, please inquire! *Winter Holiday surcharges may apply, please inquire.

Pets considered with added $175.50 ($150 reflected on lease agreement) per pet per week fee, maximum 2 dogs permitted, no barkers please and all pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors, with no exceptions, as per Association rules.

A Quick Note on Booking

VRBO will show your full price (including their fees and agency fees) when you enter your dates—what you see there is accurate. After booking, we’ll send over a lease packet reflecting base rent amounts (without added VRBO or agency platform fees) to complete your reservation.

Please note: VRBO will generate the cost of your stay when you enter dates and number of occupants, this quote is accurate and has already been adjusted to add taxable administrative fees above the owner's rental rate. The amount you pay to VRBO includes added VRBO and agency administrative fees (the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through VRBO). These added charges will not be reflected on your lease papers, as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the homeowner, and so rates quoted here will reflect a rate higher than listed elsewhere. The rental rate that is noted in the body of the property description is the actual amount that will be reflected in the lease agreement; this amount is without added fees. Please let us know if you need further clarification

A $1,000 security hold is placed by VRBO (not charged), and released after your stay if everything is in order.
