Welcome to our brand-new luxury 1st-floor studio by New York Presbyterian Hospital, Queens. This studio offers a tranquil environment with a private bathroom, kitchen, & entrance. Complete with access to a gated outdoor kitchen patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining. The building also features a fenced front yard with outdoor seating and a firepit. The guest home is ideal for 1-2 people and can accommodate up to 3 people.
- Features a luxury double size memory foam bed and a twin Murphy bed
- Includes a comfortable 2-3-seater sofa that can be converted into a twin-size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress topper. Additionally, there is a lift-top coffee table.
- The in-suite kitchen with a safe 2-range electric stove, microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker
- The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a smart bidet toilet and a stand-in shower
