This apartment is a gem! Great location and easy access to so many tourist areas, yet being on the west side gives you a little bit of breathing room from the crowds. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked; we made several meals, and all the appliances worked great. The host is terrific; check-in and check-out were easy, and all of our questions were answered immediately and resolved. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Had the most wonderful stay with the most amazing views! Condo was very clean and comfortable, perfect place to be during the extreme cold weather that we had. Host was also very nice and easy to communicate with! Would 1000% stay here again.

Amazing views. We don’t even feel guilty lounging around in the morning because we could see the whole city and felt like we were in it.Plenty of towels/supplies.Communicative manager.Great location for accessing many different parts of the city.We’ll be back!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The property was spotless with gorgeous views and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful making the check-in/check-out effortless. This was a very comfortable stay in a superb location. The room was excellent! There are great views of both NYC and the Hudson River over into New Jersey. The room was clean with nice compliments. No hassle check out due to having a cleaning service.Our host went above and beyond in allowing our stay to be great for a daughter’s 16 birthday present and this was our family’s first trip to NYC. Highly recommend a stay here!

I can’t say enough about our stay. Our host was beyond accommodating. With a massive snowstorm coming through, he changed our dates without a second thought when i had asked him. His communication was truly above and beyond, and he even had water waiting for us in the fridge.The rooms were spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bathrooms are beautifully updated, and I absolutely loved the soaking tub.Then there’s the view—everything you could ask for. The Hudson River, the city lights, and it’s just a quick walk to Times Square and Broadway.The teenage girls took endless selfies, played tic-tac-toe, and wished we’d get snowed in… honestly, so did I. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. I've never experienced a Host as wonderful as this, and the place was perfect too.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. We stayed for 8 days, and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations.The views alone make this place truly special. Both bedrooms feature stunning floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the New York City skyline, the Hudson River, and the New Jersey skyline. Watching the city by day and seeing it light up at night was incredible.The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed to feel at home. It was very spacious, well-equipped, with comfortable linens, a great coffee machine, a dishwasher, and excellent shower water pressure (always a peeve of mine!). It was perfect for a longer stay and had everything we needed.Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.The location is another huge plus. It’s a short walk to Times Square with plenty of restaurants nearby. Having a deli and grocery store right across the street was extremely convenient.We also loved being so close to the Hudson River. Taking walks along the riverway was a great way to start or end the day, offering beautiful views and a peaceful break from the busy city streets.Overall, a fantastic property with amazing views, a great location, and a wonderful host. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing apartment, incredible views, and EXCELLENT host...I will always book this if it's available! My friend and I stayed here to see 2 shows at Madison Square Garden. We usually book hotels, but we're so glad we booked here. Very high end, quiet, high end kitchen, excellent (quiet) sleep, and very comfortable beds in the LARGE bedrooms with very nice bathrooms. We both had lots of privacy in our separate rooms and bathrooms, but we were able to cook food together and hang out very comfortably in the living room enjoying the INCREDIBLE views. The view is north and west with a large portion of the City and the Hudson. Our last day was clear, and we could see well past the GW Bridge to the Palisades to the north and west to Pyramid Mountain in the Appalachians(!) about 35 miles away!! I also have to add that I had a bunch of last minute special requests that our host accommodated immediately. So responsive and nice. I've stayed all over the world in VRBOs and he's the best. Thanks so much!!!

It was our first trip with our 10 month old baby and the host was extremely considerate to that. They ensured we had a pack n’ play available and set it up in our room. Communication was excellent from beginning to end which made check in and check out a breeze. The VRBO itself was very clean, had all the necessities you’d need in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Views were amazing from all rooms! Apartment was in a great and safe location in the city. Would def recommend staying here and we look forward to staying here again! Thank you again to the host for the hospitality, they really helped take some of the edge off from traveling with a baby.
