LARGE main floor deck at the entrance just off the kitchen/living rooms with tables and chairs for morning coffee. 3rd upper deck with the BEST Gulf Views for miles! Walk out from the lower deck, across the yard right onto the beach, Your toes are in the sand in seconds!

Incredible Views! Beach Front at its Finest! This amazing home is the ultimate beach vacation spot! All within minutes from Galveston shopping and dining. Close to Town! GIANT lower deck, with an outdoor bar, kitchen, lounge chairs, tables, and a HOT TUB with a beachfront view! The house has a LARGE main floor deck at the entrance just off the kitchen and living rooms with tables and chairs for morning coffee and more lounge chairs! The second level inside the home has another incredible upper deck, comfy patio furniture, and the BEST Gulf Views for miles! Walk out from the lower deck and right onto the beach, Your toes are in the sand in seconds! The house has a beautiful main floor with a large open-concept Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen. The feature corner TV and electric fireplace are PERFECTION for movie night after a long day out in the sun! The living room also has a sofa sleeper. The upgraded kitchen has it all! Tons of supplies for cooking in! Coffee pot, Keurig with K-cups, and Ground Coffee provided. The main floor also features 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom sleeps 6 with bunks having full beds on the bottom and twins on top. The other is a main floor primary bedroom with a king bed.

In the main floor closets, you will find BEACH GEAR GALORE! Umbrellas, EZ Up Canopy, Boogie Boards, Beach toys, so many options! We have pack-and-play, booster seat, and baby gates for the little ones! Tons of board games throughout the home closets! Upstairs you have a huge primary suite with 2nd living room! There is a king bed with a full bath and the living area has another sleeper sofa! There is a kitchenette upstairs with a coffee bar, microwave, sink, and mini fridge! The full laundry is also located upstairs. This house has it all! Bring your friends and family reunions and enjoy this massive space!

Great beach stay before Thanksgiving

We had a great stay just steps away from the beach. The house is very nice. One hiccup was that the dryer wasn't drying properly, but Michelle was very responsive on that issue. Furthermore, she went above and beyond on getting a bag we left shipped back to us, which was very much appreciated!

Great fun!

The place has plenty of room for kids and adults to relax. The distance to the beach was super short and the downstairs area is awesome!

Lovely home

Great overall stay. Wonderful location to everything, will be looking to stay here again. Fit our group of 5 adults and 5 kids nicely.

Beautiful views, great location, clean and comfortable

We had a great time here! The house has a comfortable layout and is very clean. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. We enjoyed great views of the ocean and the close proximity to the beach. The hot tub was such a nice bonus and so clean. Great space and neighborhood for kids, lots of area outside to play and plenty of board games inside. We have been traveling as a family to Galveston for several years now and we all agreed this is our favorite place we have stayed. This house is clearly a well loved home and we are looking forward to returning!

Perfect getaway. Great for kids and pets!

We loved our stay. We have a 2 year old and there were baby gates and a pack and play. This is a great house for one or two families with kids. Plenty of water toys for older kids, plus games for kids and adults. The hot tub overlooking the beach was awesome. Property owner was super responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend for your beach vacation! Also, Katie's seafood in Galveston was an awesome meal and super kid-friendly. :-)

GREAT BEACH LOCATOIN

First of all - seller has great communication. It is evident that she is very interested that guests are comfortable and happy with their stay. Location was great by car to anything we wanted to visit in Galveston. Beach was dog friendly which was great for us. You will love walking out of the back of the house right onto the beach. Our trip was in the middle of November. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as weather and it ended up not good. Rainy and windy all week. This house is not good for that - great for sunny summer weather, but you will get soaked in rain having to walk out the back, going down the stairs to the car with no covered parking.

Wonderful Holiday Break

Our family of 6 enjoyed this beachfront, dog friendly property for our Thanksgiving holiday. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the entire time, we were still able to have a great time under the house in the covered area and hot tub, along with the open concept kitchen and living space. The location was close enough to town to grab anything we forgot, but far enough away to feel like an escape. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Most relaxing vacation after baby's arrival

Family Beach Vacation

Everyone had a wonderful time. The parents Spent a lot of time on the beach with the grandkids and the 2 Grandmas relaxed on the upper deck and had wonderful quiet time to visit. The house was beautiful and very accommodating. Everyone wants to go again and I look forward to working with Michelle again. She was amazing!!!!

What an amazing Rental steps away from the beach and so conveniently located near town.

Me and my family had the most wonderful vacation at this house. Beautiful views and we loved having a turn key property with everything we needed to go to the beach and so conveniently located to town. we definitely will be renting this property again 😍

Relaxing stay!

We were so happy with this house rental. The renters made move in/out very easy. The drive into town was short. We were very comfortable with this house and all the amenities and spent most of our time enjoying the views from the hot tub!
