Casa Tulum has a beautiful backyard & pool. This single story property can accommodate more than 10 and will offer all the comfort and amenities you need for a quiet and fun family vacation in Miami. We speak English and Spanish.

Located in Miami in a very quiet neighborhood near the Airport (10 min by car).

To make sure that you thave all that you need, we have provided:

★ Extra set of clean sheets for the couch.
★ Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
★ 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.
(Once used, the guest is responsible to replenish for their own use.)

Gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside of this home, no pets or parties allowed. A minimum fee of $500 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

Parking is right in front of the house and can accommodate up to 4 cars, depending on size.

- Toiletries will be found in all bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap)

BEDROOM 1: King size bed, Smart TV, closet, and hallway bathroom.

BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, closet, and bathroom accessible from the hallway.

BEDROOM 3: King size bed, Smart TV, bathroom accessible from the hallway.

BEDROOM 4: Two Queen size beds, walk-in closet, Smart TV, bathroom accessible from the bedroom.

To ensure an easy check-in we have smart locks that allow you to access the house with your unique code and for safety reasons, we provide detailed entry instructions the morning of arrival. Four private parking spots are available in front of the house.

Guests are going to be able to access the entire house including the outdoors amenities like the garden, deck, and pool. The house will be private for them during their stay.

You're welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out, but this is not guaranteed please let us know ahead of time.

Check-in time is at 4 pm
Check-out time is at 11 am

I am always available, you can text me or call me at any time during your stay.
I am normally in the area so if needed I could always be at the unit in a short amount of time.

★ Do not move any furniture and please place all electronics in the location where they were found.

★ No smoking allowed and an extra cleaning fee up to $500 to remove odor and stains will apply.

★ Inventory is taken prior to your arrival and after check out,.

★ No parties, guests will be responsible for cleaning costs,

★ Early Check-in and late Check-out is an additional fee (depending on the availability).

★ Please treat the space with respect.

★ Be also mindful of our neighbors as well as city rules by keeping the sound/music low after 10 pm. Any complaints reported by the neighbors will be followed by an extra fee or an immediate expulsion of you and your guests without a refund.
