When I arrived the pool was dirty and it wasn't heated. The linens supplied were one oversized towel per person for bathing, pool etc. That wouldn't be ideal but livable if there would have been any laundry soap to wash the towels. There was approximately 4 washcloths and no linens for the kitchen. There was no extra bed linens or pillows, just what was on the beds. There was less then a half roll of toilet paper in each bath and 1/2 roll of paper towels, no garbage bags. I had to call owner twice and he delivered both. The hot tub was deflated and drug around the side of the house. The fire pit was rusted And inoperable. The house definitely needs some TLC. The owner also decided to correspond with a guest in the house that did not make the reservation nor did the credit card reflect his name. I don't think that is ethical or proper.

We enjoyed the pool and the house was beautiful! Rick’s communication was amazing! We enjoyed all 7 days! An Uber driver also told me this house was one of the most stayed in by tourists! It was awesome thank you so much Rick!

Nice, quiet house in Miami for large groups.

This house was a great house for a large family to share for several days. With so much to do! Large pool, pool table, two domino tables, arcade, dart board and fire pits. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas. I would highly recommend!

Nice place for families – – swimming pool plus pool table

This is a very large house with many bedrooms and bathrooms serving as a good place for family gatherings. We were there for a wedding at the nearby Curtis mansion. House served our purposes very well.

Spot was nice but advertised as a 7 bedroom property when it was a 6 bedroom property with a bunk bed in one room to make for 7 beds. Luckily one of our group didnt make it down but would like listing accurately listed.

We loved this VRBO. The owner is great and very accommodating. There are extras of everything you could need there. Sunscreen, tape, syrup haha. WE LOVED IT!

One of my best stays

This place it just over the top and if you are trying to impress the family this is the way to go. We usually do not all get together so our VRBO tend to be much smaller We had 10 family members this time so I had to get something not only had space but space for couples and kids. Along with activities to keep the kids busy as some of you know if they are bored well that can not be a good vacation. This had everything for our family. There was plenty for the kids to do. We of course wish the weather would have been better to really enjoy the outside but no one can control the weather. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi. So for that, if you are choosing to use the jacuzzi I recommend turning it on asap as it does take a long time to heat up. Still a great option though when the pool water is cold due to colder temp in Miami. The house looks awesome when you first walk in so my family was truly impressed with it being clean, so open, space for us all and there are TV every, so that helped as there were times when we all wanted to watch out separate thing. In previous reviews they stated nothing in walking distance which for the most part is true. So did have to spend some money on ordering groceries. If you do not mind walking a mile though there are places to go which my mom and sister did every day and enjoyed the walk as well. The rooms were clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Awesome place

Something for Everyone

The 10 of us had a great stay. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen and baths well equipped and many activities are offered. The host was quick to respond to questions and had suggestions for activities and restaurants.

Great option for group

Our group of 9 girls fit perfectly here. There’s tons of TVs and games, so we were constantly entertained. Only negatives were that there were quite a few ants and the upstairs gets really hot during the day (but that’s just Florida in summer!)

I would have to give 4 stars for my stay, overall the house is beautiful. It was not the exact amount of rooms the listing states, if it were all women or all men it would have been perfect. It was couples staying in the home and it was missing a queen bed, although the listing said it was 4 queens. One of the couples I had to give money back to for them to stay in a hotel because they were not willing to sleep on the couch or bunk bed, I can't blame them. Other than it not being enough beds everything else was fine. The owner responded in a timely manner when asked a question. I would stay there again with less couples or with all women.

Bachelorette Experience

This location was perfect; 15 minutes from MIA and 20 from downtown Miami and South Beach. Communication with Rick was seamless and efficient. He even dropped off any traps when we were having an ant problem. We did run out of toilet paper and trash bags, and the AC took a while to kick in, but besides that and the ants, it was a perfect stay. Love the house and it fit 12 of us perfectly! The pool was an amazing addition to our stay.

Perfect house for large group

We rented Rick’s place for my husbands 40th birthday and his place was perfect for us and our friends! He had everything our group needed and if they didn’t have it, he offered to get it for us. It’s 30 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport (with minimal traffic) and 15 minutes from Miami. I’d suggest renting a car, you will need it to get around. Overall our group had a great trip. The space was perfect for all of us and the backyard/pool area was the best place to relax and hang out! The host was very communicative throughout our entire trip! Thanks for everything, hopefully we’ll be back!

House should be listed as 6 bedrooms.

This house was the perfect size for twelve people. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Rick provided more amenities than most vrbo owners - soap, toilet paper, kleenex, coffee liners, beach towels, videos, blow dryers, suntan lotion, etc. We appreciated Rick’s text with local restaurants. He was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. My family felt that this house was not a 7 bedroom house. The 7th “bedroom” was an office with a sofa/futon. My teenage grandson slept on the sleeper/futon. The futon was very uncomfortable in the middle where it was folded. This “bedroom” was listed with a twin bed. We enjoyed the nice residential area. Great area for walking. We drove to the grocery stores and restaurants that were about a five minute drive. This area is laid back compared to Miami with the heavy traffic. This house is a beautiful house, but just needs some tender-loving care. The squeaky doors could be fixed with WD 40. The 2 coffee tables, office desk & kitchenette tables just need a few screws to make them sturdy. The whirlpool tub in the master bedroom didn’t work.
