Welcome to your Denver escape near Sloans Lake - perfect for families, friends & group getaways! Enjoy space to relax, explore & unwind in comfort:

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Just steps away is the expansive 177-acre Sloan's Lake Park, complete with playgrounds, tennis courts, athletic fields, boating, basketball courts, multi-use trails, and picnic areas. And if you're in the mood for entertainment or dining, a short three-block walk will take you to St. Anthony's redevelopment, featuring an Alamo Drafthouse, Odell Brewing Company & Pizzeria, Starbucks, yoga studios, multiple restaurants, and the Little Man Ice Cream factory. And if you want to explore further, the light rail is just a 15-minute walk away, connecting you to all that Denver has to offer!

Five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. The primary suite features a king bed, sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed and blackout curtains. The third bedroom includes a queen bed with lounge chairs and a table, while the fourth provides a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and direct rooftop patio access. The fifth bedroom also has a queen bed and dresser. Two full bathrooms and a half bath ensure everyone has space and privacy.
Family and pet-friendly amenities
Families will find thoughtful touches like a pack ân play, high chair, and board games. Pets are welcome, and the fenced yard gives furry friends room to enjoy.
