You've found the perfect perch for a romantic getaway or weekend trip to Folly Beach - this cozy, ground-floor home has everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy a location steps from the sand/beach and under a block from Center Street's shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Inside, you'll find hardwood floors throughout, lots of natural light, and stylish decor. The full kitchen (no dishwasher) makes meal prep easy, or you can just whip up some snacks for the beach (full-size fridge & stove). After a fun day out, cool off with the mini-split HVAC units that allow individual control while you relax on the sofa. Relax in the cozy den, complete with a comfortable daybed for lounging or extra sleeping space. Stream your favorite shows or use the in-home WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media. Call it a night early - you don't want to miss the sunrise on the beach.

There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee, or kids' play. There is also an outside shower to rinse off or shower after a day on the beach.

The property was clean and easy to get to. We did have an issue with the door/lock but management was easy to contact and quick to respond. Great location and close to all the restaurants. Would stay again!

Beaches Be Crazy #B

We absolutely loved our stay at Beaches Be Crazy #B! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach with convenient access right across the street, and only minutes from Center Street, where you'll find tons of great restaurants and shops. One of our favorite spots, Loggerheads, is right next door! They have live music, great food, and a full bar—perfect for a fun evening out. The home itself is fantastic. It has a private entrance, reserved parking for two cars, and all the amenities you need—A/C, WiFi, a coffee maker, a kitchen with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and microwave. There’s also a flat-screen TV with streaming services, complimentary toiletries, and fresh linens included. The layout is open and welcoming. The family room features a pull-out couch and a cozy dinette area. One bedroom has a king-size bed, another has a queen, and there’s even an extra room with an incredibly comfortable daybed. The updated bathroom is spacious, with an oversized tiled shower and double sinks. The fenced backyard is perfect—it includes outdoor seating, a picnic table, space for a hammock, and plenty of room for lawn games. Folly Beach is a fantastic vacation destination, and from this home, you can walk to just about everything. Highly recommend—it was the perfect beach getaway!

Great location but could use some work

Walk to beach was super short; great access to restaurants and shops; we also really enjoyed having the backyard to hang out. Inside the house could use some extras to make it more pleasant. The kitchen was bare minimum so don’t plan on much cooking and there was no outdoor grill!

Property manager zero!

The location was great with good drinks and food right next door. Was a little loud on Saturday night but that was expected and not an issue. The unit was supplied with only 1 face cloth when we arrived and when an additional was requested I was told that was not possible. They could not provide anything additional to what was already in the unit. Luckily the owner was staying upstairs and when I told her about the request and answer she provided us with 2 additional face cloths.

Dangerous liability

Stove was out of order and supposed to be fixed before we arrived. No one responded to expressed concern it had not. Repairman who came the day before we left said we were lucky it hadn’t caught fire. It had actually had a couple of electrical arcs. All we got from property manager and owner - we’re sorry. Limited items in home -from dishes to towels/bedding. Constantly had to empty dehumidifier. Couch is broken and it’s all you can do to get up once you sit down. On top of that, VRBO and Vacasa fees were astronomical!
