The space
Large and modern, this home was made for entertaining. You will enter into an open living area that features 2 living spaces, including a sunroom overlooking the sparkling pool, a large bar, and a dining room that just begs for a classy dinner. While the kitchen is fully stocked and features another seating area, it is the back yard that truly shines! With a giant heated pool, 8-person spa (both beautifully lit at night), a fire pit, 2 comfortable seating areas, string lights, 4 loungers, TV, games, and even a diving board – this back yard was made for good ole Texas fun. Come unwind and experience this garden of Eden.

5 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms make this home perfect for large groups. With 6 individual beds, 2 queen air mattresses, and several couches, we comfortably sleep up to 16 people. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, stocked with fresh linens, towels, memory foam mattresses, and smart TVs. The large master features a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub (yes, you can watch TV there too). Not to mention 2 vanities and large mirrors for all the girls to get ready together while sipping champagne. The “yellow bedroom” serves as a second master, with its own bathroom and a retro-modern MCM vibe.

Modern art, chrome & brass, velvet & little touches of luxury make this place a mecca for sophisticated adults who wish to lounge in style. We provide amenities such as games, high-speed WiFi, an office area with a printer and a giant 49” curved monitor, a fireplace, Alexa, massager, outdoor BBQ & smoker, and even a photo-friendly green backdrop. You will not lack for anything at this residential resort!

Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy with the only exceptions being the garage and 1 closet (locked for owner storage). Door code will be provided the day of your arrival. We have plenty of free parking - room for up to 6 cars in the back and more street parking up front. We do not permit parties or events (unless prior arrangements are made) but we have room to accommodate reasonable groups such as family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and work retreats!

Other things to note
The pool can be heated; guests must make prior arrangements to heat the pool at least 2 days in advance (it is a large pool and requires some time). There is an extra fee to heat the pool (cost varies per season, please inquire) with a 2 day minimum. The spa is free to heat.
