The pool, heating, and spa concerns were taken seriously and have since been reviewed and addressed by the appropriate maintenance teams. Temporary mechanical issues can occur, but they do not amount to intentional misrepresentation of the property or its amenities. We stand firmly behind the accuracy of our listing and want to assure future guests that the reported issues have been corrected and the property continues to be properly maintained.
