• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Violation of the party policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation and a penalty of up to $1,000, in addition to any damages or extra cleaning required.

Smoking Policy

This property is strictly non-smoking.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• If smoking occurs inside the property, a minimum $500 cleaning fee will apply.
• Severe violations that require extensive odor removal or damage remediation may incur fees up to $1,000.

Smoking is only permitted outside and away from doors and windows, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
