Incroyable grande maison de 5 chambres à Dallas avec piscine et superbe bain à remous situé dans un quartier calme haut de gamme à proximité du centre-ville. Plan d'étage ouvert idéal pour les grands groupes à la recherche de divertissement privé et d'espace extérieur relaxant. Conçue et décorée par des professionnels, cette belle maison de plain-pied (NO STEPS) est un régal pour les yeux! Comprend une cuisine bien équipée, un bar, une table de billard, des sièges pour 15 personnes, du granit haut de gamme, du bois dur et des meubles partout. Vous ne serez pas déçu!

L'ESPACE: Conçu pour le divertissement, le plan d'étage ÉNORME est idéal pour les grands groupes. Beaucoup de sièges avec sectionnel en cuir massif, télévision 4K 65 "et Internet haut débit. Le bar est équipé d'une machine à glaçons, d'un réfrigérateur à vin, d'Amazon Echo (musique). Vous pouvez vous mêler au bar, jouer au billard ou profiter d'activités de plein air comme le ping-pong, le Beer Pong et le trou de maïs.

5 CHAMBRES: La suite principale est grande et confortable avec un lit king size et un téléviseur HD 4K 55 ". Douche pour deux personnes avec deux pommes de douche régulières et une troisième, pomme de douche à effet pluie. Terminé avec deux vanités et dressing. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond, une TVHD et des lits super confortables. Accès direct aux salles de bain depuis 3 chambres. Les 2 autres chambres accèdent à la salle de bain avec baignoire à jets et douche par le couloir.

CUISINE ET SALLE À MANGER: La cuisine spacieuse et ENTIÈREMENT ÉQUIPÉE permet à de nombreuses personnes de préparer des repas et comprend une cuisinière double de 36 po KitchenAid. Deux salles à manger avec de nombreux sièges pour 15 personnes. Réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans le garage.

EXTÉRIEUR: La piscine a un éclairage LED et une profondeur maximale d'environ 5. 5 pieds, ce qui la rend adaptée aux enfants. Spa haut de gamme pour 8 personnes. Beaucoup de sièges et de repas en plein air complimenté avec la télévision. A à la fois un gril à gaz et un gril à charbon.

Adapté au handicap. Aucune marche dans la maison en entrant par l'allée.

Incredible place to stay!

We were beyond impressed with our stay at this location! Everything was as described in the listing, and the owners have gone even beyond! From coffee flavoring to extra beds/pack’n plays they have thought of everything! I’ve never stayed in a more organized or well prepared VRBO! This was by far our best experience ever. Also, if I could give bonus stars for cleanliness I would! Not only were the amenities available, they were high quality. Finally, the owners were impeccable with communication. Responses were helpful and timely. Would highly recommend staying here if at all possible! Truly appreciate all the effort that has gone into making this an all time favorite place to stay!

Awesome house, fun for everyone, great size, perfect family house

The rooms are big, the pool table was a real hit, the hot tub and heated swimming pool were fun, the bathrooms huge and great showers, the beds comfortable. It was just a very nice place for our whole family to come and visit our daughter for thanksgiving.

We had a great time staying at this property. The pool, pool table, and overall setup of the house was perfect for entertaining everyone from ages 14 to 80. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

Perfect spot for a Girls Weekend

We had nine of us in town for a “Say Yes to the Dress: Mother of the Bride/Groom Edition” and this house was the perfect place to stay! It was spacious and comfortable and provided us with a great place to relax and have fun after long days of shopping! I would definitely book here again and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in this area!

Beautiful House - Just as Pictured

I had a retreat for a group of 7 women and this house was wonderful! The kitchen is wonderful and had everything we needed, the living room and dining areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together and the pool was so much fun! We even snuck in some ping pong and a game of pool. Our host was very communicative and helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

Spring Break Getaway

The home was beautiful and very spacious. It was in a wonderful neighborhood. We felt very safe. The home did have quiet rules etc. There were a few hiccups we encountered but the management did show up to fix the problems.

Home during the solar eclipse

We had a fantastic stay in this home and was able to experience the solar eclipse from the pool and backyard - amazing experience. We had a very nice interaction with Blake before and during our stay and he responded promptly to our requests. Highly recommendable house for a large group.

Weekend Birthday Party

Great space. Very clean and lots of fun activities to do in the house. The location is a quick drive to all the great areas of Dallas. Would definitely recommend for groups looking for a great large house.

Successful Mini Reunion

The venue was perfect for our mini-family reunion. The house was exactly as depicted in photos and description. We had plenty of room to relax and the kitchen was well appointed. The ping pong tables were a big hit.

Very Relaxing Stay

We rented this property to have a nice and safe place to relax for my birthday during this pandemic. Everything was nice, the rug in the living room could have been a lot cleaner, it may need to be changed out as we found blonde hair near the table. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable, kitchen stocked well & host was easy to access.

Great House !

This was an awesome location, easy to get to downtown and anywhere in Dallas for that matter. Huge house with plenty to do. Ping pong, corn toss, pool, hot tub and swim . Very easy to get a hold of the property manager, and he even checked in with us to make sure we found everything ok. Would definitely stay again .

The home is beautifully furnished in modern style. The photos are very accurate. Our family enjoyed our two night stay. Be advised the home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and they are very strict about the 9PM curfew.

Beautiful Vacation Home

You can tell that Blake puts a lot of effort into making this house a wonderful vacation home. I have rented many homes, & his attention to detail in this home did not go unnoticed. You will love his beds - very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking in the large kitchen; he has a really great dishwasher - not something cheap. The home has lots of space so that we never felt like we were on top of each other. My family had a good time at this lovely home.

Golf Trip Weekend

This house was perfect for 16 guys on a golf trip weekend. There are plenty of affordable yet nice courses within 20-30 minutes of here as well as many restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. Other than golf we were not able to take advantage of being so close to downtown but hanging out by the pool the entire weekend certainly was just as enjoyable! This is now the second property of Blake’s that my friends and I have stayed at and we plan to again in the future. Both experiences were nothing short of 5 stars.

Awesome Home

Such a wonderful stay! Everything was clearly outlined. Huge space for our multi generational group. Everyone loved the home and was super comfortable. My dad even wanted me to take pictures to get design ideas for a future home. Superb layout! Pool was enjoyed by all! Quiet, upscale neighborhood! Made for a memorable graduation weekend for my son from SMU. Thank you!!! Memories for a lifetime! Definitely would stay here again!!

Great house!

A small group of us (5 friends) loved spending the week at this beautiful house with a backyard meant for relaxing! Communication was easy and helpful throughout our stay and the house had everything we needed. The rules for curfew are serious - and while they didn't impact us much - could have been an issue if our group had wanted to be outside much later. Be thoughtful if you are a late-night group!

Another great stay!

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Covid kept us away after that, so we were thrilled to return. The location can’t be beat with close proximity to just about everything. There’s a path for walking or jogging not too far out the front door. The home itself is spacious and clean and well-supplied. We had a big group of 7 adults and 5 kids, so could have used a few extra bath towels. But there were plenty of beach towels. Too cold to swim but the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We hope to return again!’

PERFECT

We had 10 ladies (70+) for three nights. We all went to high school together and have been meeting once a year for over 40 years. As we have aged we have become very picky. This year we had no complaints from any of these picky old ladies. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own bed and ceiling fan (very important). The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the dining room table had plenty of room to seat all of us and the great room was perfect for happy hour and reminiscing. We had a great time and have already booked it for next year.
