Located on Rehoboth Beach's Restaurant Row, this condo is close to all the action. It’s just steps from the sandy beaches and boardwalk the town is known for. After a full day on the beach, come home to the relaxing environment of this condo. In the living room, stretch out on the sofa and watch TV. Be sure to make use of the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating. Additional comforts include a washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and TV in the bedrooms.

Where told the pool was closed but it was being used. Perhaps it was clsed to us. Nice location and enjoyed our stay. Would have preferred regular pillows. While not your fault, there was a good bit of noise at night from next door.

The condo was perfect for us. It was roomy, it was clean, and only a half a block to the boardwalk. We also had tickets to the play at clear space theater, and the condo building was connected so we just had to walk down the hall and did not have to go outside to get to the theater. For us it was very convenient. The only thing we didn’t like was that the windows Looked out to an alley that the restaurant next-door used as a parking lot. I would suggest that you frost those windows, so no one can see in.

A hairdryer in the condo would be nice. Overall, nice place, close to beach, clean. Noise level was ok (loud at night when neighboring business were closing up). Also would be nice to have outside shower/faucet to rinse sand off before going inside. Would stay again.

Great location for beach and downtown

We came to town for the Beach volleyball tournament. This place was nice because it had two bathrooms with showers, which was an awesome perk when everyone returns from the day at the tournament needing one. We liked the set up and found it a great location.

Very clean property - few stains here and there. Beds very comfortable. Large, well stocked kitchen. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Good location. Near boardwalk and shops/restaurants.

We loved being right in downtown Rehoboth, it's so nice to be able to walk everywhere. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, which isn't always the case with rental properties. It worked perfectly for our girls' weekend.

Beautiful, well-located condo

We loved our stay. First-floor unit, easy to get in and out. The place was roomy, comfortable, stylish, and clean. The location can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again. It would have been nice to have the building entrance code and parking information before we arrived. When we asked questions about those things, the responsiveness was immediate and helpful.

New year vacation

Very clean,great location near beach and boardwalk, with comfortable beds. Great towel supply. The unit is next door to a restaurant and one night there was smoking outside of our windows which created smoke smell in one bedroom and the living room area. The next morning there were numerous cigarettes under our windows.

Good location, a little cave-like

We were very happy with the great location of this condo. However, for the price we paid, we were surprised to find that the windows can't look out (they are frosted and sealed) and there is no outdoor space at all. It left us wanting to spend as little time as possible in the condo.

Confusing check in but wonderful place

The check in instructions had the door code (Entry code) listed first, so we were trying to get into the building with the wrong code, eventually, tried the second code listed as (Lobby code) to gain entrance to the building. There are windows in the unit but the view is of the next door building. The place was very clean and it could not be in a better location. Very affordable as well. It’s one block from the beach and downtown. I would recommend this unit. We will be back.

Great 6 days

The property and location are great. Parking is across the street in a private lot - a bonus when the town gets busy. We had a little trouble with our front door. You get a code that you put in and then push the top button. Then you need to turn the key slot. If that doesn't work repeat the process but turn in the opposite direction. Management was very responsive to the few problems that we had. We would stay in this property again.

Dark with frosted and non working windows

Arrived and was told there was a private patio which was just an area in front of the building for occupants to share. The only four windows in the unit are frosted over and cannot be opened. It was very dark as there was no natural light. The televisions in the living room and one of the bedrooms didn’t work upon checking in. We were told someone was coming and after 3 phone calls no one showed up. Finally after 8:30 I called back and explained it was too late for us to go out to dinner but they always had an excuse. It ruined the first of our three nights there. Finally it was fixed in the morning. They also didn’t leave the amount of paper towels and toilet paper as indicated when I initially called since I certainly would have picked them up at the store. That was delivered as well. I will never stay in one of their properties.

We loved the location. Street and noise from restaurant next door should be better described and disclosed. We like the contactless check-in except 24/7 support sucked. Unit was clean but missing bedding for pull-out. My son slept fully clothed on a naked mattress 1st of 3 night rental. Unit did not have shampoo, soap or hair dryer. Was told by phone support “not sure how I can get anyone out there at 10 pm”. We did get sheets and pillowcases next morning, some toiletries and one roll toilet paper. The fellow that came was nice enough. We asked for a blanket and pillow, he looked a little confused. I said how about a blanket so my son can sleep on the pullout? He did come back with a blanket. While the unit was clean there were too many things missing that made our first night uncomfortable, the response was unacceptable. We used the text option to ask about the pool. Twice responded that it was across the street at the Atlantic Sands. I walked over there to find the hotel being renovated, pool closed, but most interesting was the front desk attendant being totally confused about my saying guests of 20 Baltimore were told to use the pool there. He obviously knew no such thing. I texted Vacasa again about the pool was told again it was at Atlantic Sands. When I said again it was closed, I get “pools are usually closed between Labor Day and Memorial Day”. Again this should’ve been disclosed in the information on the listing. I chose this rental for the pool and location.. I have arthritis and require daily exercise in a pool. The noise from the restaurant next door, loud talking, dumping trash, followed by early morning trash trucks should be disclosed. Its ashame. The unit was nicely renovated and appointed. Clean. Perfect size and layout for a family with older kids. Location is great as our kids had easy access to shops, etc on the Avenue. What’s the point of 24/7 support which is advertised amply when they can’t reach someone to come to the property? I look forward to a response as I don’t believe I got what we paid for.

Superb location

Clean and convenient 2/2 located steps from the boardwalk and beach. As other reviewers have said, you won’t have to move your car as everything you’d need is walking distance. Worth noting that the first-floor apartment is directly next to a restaurant with a service entrance <5 feet from your bedroom and living room. You will hear them drag bins of garbage and glass bottles to the curb each night, and talk and light cigarettes, and the motion triggers an exterior light that will shine into your room off and on. Not great but also an inconvenience not a tragedy.

Great location, and comfortable living space

Despite less-than-desirable weather, we had a wonderful time in this rental. Rooms were clean, kitchen was great, and location was perfect. Convenient walk to beach, shops and fabulous restaurants. Easy drive to other beach communities. Communications regarding check in, check out and stay were simple and clear. I highly recommend this property.
