D Sands 207 is a lovely family suite 15 steps up on the 2nd floor. The climb offers an amazing views from this oceanfront condo's balcony and living room, and the property has easy beach access. 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room gives plenty of space for 6 people, and the full kitchen is stocked with supplies for your convenience. There's cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi provided by the HOA, and we offer access to their pool and spa as well. Book today!

The Space:
D Sands 207 is a lovely family suite 15 steps up on the 2nd floor. The climb offers an amazing views from this oceanfront condo's balcony and living room, and the property has easy beach access. 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room gives plenty of space for 6 people, and the full kitchen is stocked with supplies for your convenience. There's cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi provided by the HOA, and we offer access to their pool and spa as well. Book today!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Beach view was amazing, we did have a few things in the room that weren’t super clean, like lots of hair in the shower and the balcony was covered in seagull poop, which I know is hard to maintain. The access to the beach was great and the staff was super attentive and easy to reach!

The location is great and is the main draw. The murphy bed was comfortable and preferable to a sofa bed. The hot tub was closed during our stay and the pool wasn't particularly warm. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and could see returning.

I love how nice and clean it was inside, the views were amazing. Love how the internet was already connected to the tv (my kids like to watch YouTube on tv) only thing I didn’t like was that the shower was stopped up.

If you love the beach… this is the place!

Our stay was amazing!!! My family was comfortable the entire time. Accommodations were wonderful and it had all the amenities that were needed to have a great time. We plan to come back again. Excellent Every Time

Dsands was excellent as always. Have been staying here every year for over 20 years! Best view in Lincoln City and right in the heart of town! What's not to love? Highly recommend!

Vacation

Overall I am very impressed with staying here. The view was gorgeous and I am very surprised with all the people staying there, even kids, at a certain time everyone was respectful and quiet. The bedroom was right off the main highway and you could hear all the traffic and parking was a little tight but overall the beds were pretty comfortable and nice size. Hotel was cleaned and stocked well with towels and toiletries. Nice size condo with friendly staff, will definitely be staying again.

Very clean!

Room was very clean and well stocked. The hotel is old and does not have any sound proofing. Make sure to take ear plugs if going on a weekend!

Great location

We stayed during the kite festival. Perfect location and views from the condo. The condo was relatively clean. Furniture is outdated. Couch is old and dirty. Was left an old, dirty sponge in the kitchen to use to wash dishes. Parking is a disaster at full occupancy. However we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again because we love the location.

Linda, thank you for leaving a candid review of your recent stay in unit 207, Along for the Tide! We're glad you love the location and the view, but I'm sorry you found the room outdated. Each room here is individually owned, and we're encouraging and working with those owners to update and upgrade the rooms. Hopefully by the time you stay with us again, we'll have some units that are more to your taste! I'm also sorry our housekeeping team missed that sponge. Our front office is always happy to help fix those mistakes if they're brought to our attention; we don't want little details like that to get in the way of an otherwise great vacation. We can't deny that parking was very chaotic during the Kite Festival, but having front row seats to the Festival means our location was in very high demand! Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review. We consider negative feedback as an opportunity for us to grow and improve, and we sincerely hope your next visit is even better!

Perfect location; would book again

Overall, our experience was good. The location was perfect, and we loved the view from the balcony. It was noisy due to building structure, but we expected this based on other reviews. We had an issue with the bathtub faucet, but it was fixed the same day. It would be nice to have some cleaning supplies for wiping up counter spills, etc. Even though there were signs about not smoking within 10 feet of doors, people on the first level smoked right below us. The smoke came up to our balcony, which ruined the chance for fresh air at the ocean. That's on them though, not the property.

Easy beach access

The overall stay was good. It has a functioning kitchen, but there was only one small pan with many pots. It would have been nice to have at least one more, but we figured it out. If you’re looking for a quiet stay this might not be the place for you. It is an older building and noise travels. It didn’t bother me because I have a family and I am sure we made some noise as well. This is my 2nd stay and the pool and hot tub were out the 1st two days of my trip and then the spa the last day. Last year when I stayed the spa was out the entire trip so I would say there is no predicting if there will be a pool on your visit. Overall we will stay again since it meets all the needs of my family. Thank you again!

It is true that the older buildings have thinner walls. If sound is a concern of yours, we do highly recommend booking a third-level corner condo and our staff would be glad to assist you with making a reservation with these types of requests. The pool and hot tub are old amenities and managed by the HOA. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the amenity will be available to guests everyday. We are pleased to know you enjoyed your stay, overall. We hope you found the oceanfront view to be relaxing and our location to be convenient, close to number of great shops and restaurants. Great view

Missed having Continental breakfast and coffee, and turn the heat up on the pool, felt like tap water temp. Outside of that, room was clean, beds were comfortable, enjoyed our stay and would probably book again.

need some firmer (not hard) pillow. needs some bolts on the railing - not safe if 2 or more people are leaning against it how about a discount for senior and military family came by public transportation and could not get around without Uber. Other than walking on the beach, we are kind of stranded as we were depending on Uber to get around.
