As for the maintenance issues you mentioned, our team has investigated and found that the sink and the plug near the bed in the master bedroom were in proper working condition before your stay. However, we have addressed these concerns to ensure they are in optimal condition for our future guests. Furthermore, our handyman inspected the kitchen faucet and found that it was not loose but rather may have been subjected to excessive force.
