Great stay

We loved the location - quiet but easy access to town and the park, great view, comfortable bed and indoor and outdoor spaces. Hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed for a week of days spent hiking and mostly eating in. A few things could use some maintenance, but nothing that detracted from our stay.

Lovely spot in Joshua Tree

Great location, a cute place, and a lovely backyard with string lights and a fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would happily stay there again.

Can’t beat the location

This was such a lovely home! The host went above and beyond with all of the extra amenities. This home worked really well for our family traveling with a 2-year-old and 10-month-old. You also can’t beat the location-only 3 minutes from the NP visitor center.

It was a short trip and this was a great location with a short drive to JTNP. The beds were comfy! And Linda (the property owner) was really easy to talk to and nice to work with. :)

Perfect Spot in Joshua Tree

Casa Tomas is a wonderful place to stay during a visit to Joshua Tree National Park. The property is very clean and comfortable. It provides a home-like and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy after a day of hiking and rock-climbing. The grill, the fire pit, and the backyard provide a delightful area to unwind. We hope to return.

Perfect home in Joshua Tree

The home was just as pictured and described in the listing. It was nicely decorated, had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, with a beautiful view from the backyard. It is conveniently located near the western entrance to Joshua Tree National Park and the shops and restaurants in town. Could not have asked for a more quiet, relaxing place to spend a few days while exploring Joshua Tree.

Comfortable, functional VRBO served four adults and a toddler very well. Good location and close to Joshua Tree park. Very accommodating owner. Nice to have some relaxed afternoon time at the patio watching hummingbirds and wrens. Thanks Linda!

Stay in Joshua Tree

The house was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied and it was easy to cook a meal. The only suggestions would be to have a lounge chair in the backyard to stretch out and take a nap in the sun. Also it would be great to have a tv in the bedroom. Overall great house!

Happy travelers

The home was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our little family getaway. Our dog really enjoyed the enclosed backyard. I appreciated the various coffee options. My husband enjoyed the retro speaker which adapted to his iPhone. The location is also great, just a couple minutes drive to local restaurants and JT National park.

I'm a photographer and teacher and fell in love with Joshua Tree the very first time I saw the beautiful landscape! When I’m not teaching, I spend my time in the desert…the beauty keeps my creative juices flowing. I love to read, hike, and travel, of course.

Casa Tomas is located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown Joshua Tree, with a majestic view towards the National Park.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Casa Tomas is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, recently renovated home in Joshua Tree just a 10 minute walk to downtown or 1 minute drive. A flatscreen Smart TV is provided with Free Netflix. Fast Wifi is provided with easy access to login.

Each of the two bedrooms have super comfortable queen sized beds. A blow up mattress with linens is available for an additional guest.

The modern galley kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals...a gas stove, microwave, all necessary spices and cookware. It is fully stocked with plates, glasses, cooking and serving utensils, and dish towels. There is a dishwasher for your use. There are several options for coffee lovers: Keurig, French Press, one cup pour over, and there is plenty of coffee and creamer!

The bathroom has a tub/shower, lots of towels and a hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided for you! Additional towels are located in the hall closet.

There is a Propane Fire Pit in the back yard and generous seating on the back patio. It's a great place to enjoy the morning or watch the night sky and view of downtown Joshua Tree.

A washer and dryer is free to use and is located in the attached garage. The garage is not available for guest parking but the driveway will easily accommodate two vehicles. There is plenty of street parking.
