We are located minutes away from downtown Joshua Tree, in a quiet neighborhood. Whether you are looking to rest and relax or check out the surrounding area and all it offers - this stylish house offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay.

Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the patio as the sun rises and then gaze up at the stars at night while soaking in the hot tub!

This luxury house was designed to have a Moroccan feel to echo the desert background. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: the main bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite, and the two other bedrooms both have queen beds and share the full bathroom in the hallway. Guests will find fully stocked linens, towels, and toiletries.

The home has no shortage of cozy seating options. Relax in the swinging chairs, curl up on the couch by the fireplace, or enjoy the fresh air outside in one of our comfy cushioned seats.

Our modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including cabinets stocked with spices and cooking essentials, and plenty of high-end appliances. The indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably; there are dining options outside as well.

The private, fully-fenced backyard has games, lots of seating, and a hot tub! This is an excellent place to relax and unwind or have fun with your family and friends. Pets will love the space too! Check out our game room in a converted shipping container, now complete with ping pong and other games!

There is a laundry room in the home with complimentary detergent.

Need to work during your stay? The large dining table can double as a dedicated workspace!

This property is located in a desert climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.

All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, save those in Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, and any part of any nation in the Arctic Circle, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.

We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.

Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

1) PLEASE respect our neighbors. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise travels in the thin desert air. NO outside noise after 11 PM - 7 AM.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing and floodlight pointing at the driveway/street. Cameras record per motion-activation and operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.

Fire and Fire Pit Rules:
Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing personal fire pits, lighting open bonfires, or burning any trash on the property. You are welcome to use the designated, property-provided outdoor wood-burning fire pit, subject to the following mandatory safety rules required by San Bernardino County.

The indoor fireplace is not for use, it's for show only.

Pet Policy: Please make sure to include your pet(s) in your reservation. The pet fee for the first pet is automatically included when a pet is added to the reservation. Each additional pet is $50 per stay. We typically accommodate a maximum of 2 pets. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please contact us before booking for approval.
