Beach Breakers is named for the crashing surf at the famous Windansea surf break just down the street from this beautifully designed and furnished home that offers upscale indoor/outdoor spaces and So Cal beach living.
Enter on the ground level through a glass-paned Dutch door into the foyer accented with open-beamed ceilings and hardwood flooring. To the left, you can step down to a family room that features sofa seating, a TV, and a foosball table for fun. The second-level living area is open-concept and features vaulted and beamed ceilings, comfortable seating arrangements, a fireplace, and a TV. âą Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.
