Great Beach Place 2 Bedroom-2 Bath Unit DROIT à côté de la plage / Johns Pass ** NOUVEAU **

Récemment rénové 2/2 situé sur le golfe de Madeira Beach, en Floride, juste en face de la promenade de John's pass qui abrite des boutiques, des restaurants et des bars.

Condo dispose d'un lit king-size dans le maître et deux nouveaux lits queen-size dans la chambre d'hôtes.

Notre vue du 2ème étage depuis le balcon est de la baie. Il est accessible depuis la salle familiale, ainsi qu'un accès privé depuis la chambre principale. Il a une vue magnifique sur le pont de John's Pass et le port.

La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée il y a quelques années. En août 2019, nous avons installé de nouveaux appareils électroménagers dans la cuisine! Nous avons ajouté de NOUVEAUX écrans plats dans toutes les pièces: salle familiale, chambre principale et 2e chambre. Il y a un DVD dans la salle familiale et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans tout le condo, ainsi que la piscine. En août 2018, nous avons installé un ventilateur de terrasse sur le porche pour une circulation d'air et un confort supplémentaires sur le balcon.

Piscine chauffée située juste à côté de la plage. Le quartier a été récemment refait et a fière allure!

C'est un super condo et réserve rapidement. Les magasins Beach & John's Pass à quelques pas!

The property was exactly as described. We had two adults and four older children and had plenty of space. Their are good carts to help get luggage, etc up elevator and to the beach. Short walk to the beach and Johns Pass is right across the street with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. We would stay here again. I didn't find the bridge as noisy as some of the reviews that I read. I actually found the view good people-watching while having coffee on the balcony. The grills and outdoor spaces were nice as well and again right down the elevator/stairs.

Could not see the beach and faced the main road. Very noisy hearing traffic and bridge noise. Also some kind of noise through the walls. Overall, was a great stay though.

Everything was great, but the water pressure in the showers. They provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella to make your stay at the beach fantastic. Thank you.

We have stayed at Beach Place Condos multiple times. This is the most updated place by far.

We had a business trip to Tampa and added Beach Place before we needed to go to Tampa. We love John’s Pass. This is a perfect place and so glad to know that we can book for a few nights instead of a whole week.

Great location for food and beach

I stayed at this condo unit with my wife 9 month old daughter and two friends. The condo was very spacious and the furniture/bathrooms/kitchen were all recently updated. This property is located directly across from several restaurants and is in a great spot on the beach. Great for families. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Condo was nice and clean. Right on the beach, pool is a little small. Our only complaint was the elevator was very slow, they need two of them per building at this location.

Location, location, location!

We came here for a birthday trip and had a fantastic time. The location of the condo is amazing. You can walk to everything… Restaurants, bars, activities, boating, fishing, etc. Miles and miles of beautiful, white sand beaches! And the water is sooo warm on the gulf. The condo was wonderful! Clean and well stocked. It even had beach chairs.

Perfect place for a family

We spent a week in this unit and could not have been happier. We have 4 kids, so having a safe feeling place that had a beach and a pool were very important. We really never would have needed to drive once we got that because of all the dining options over at John's pass. (try the lobster rolls over at the Boardwalk Grill). This was our second year staying here and we will definitely be back.

Weekend Getaway

The property was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. We had a late check-in and the directions provided were clearly described and we had no problems. The property is in close proximity to several great restaurants and shopping areas. Looking forward to visiting the property again very soon.

Amazing location

This condo was absolutely the best location! We loved the close proximity to the beach and heated pool. Having a room with two queen beds was perfect for our family. The listing said it had ceiling fans and there weren’t. There was a fan in the master closet. The couch seemed new and that was a happy surprise.

Nice condo

The condo was perfect and the location was great to the beach and Johns Pass. The only downfall was it is VERY noisy especially at night from the King bedroom due to the traffic racing across the bridge. If you are used to city traffic you would be fine but being from the country it definitely kept me awake. Condo was very clean and nice!

Just like the description of the property. We were allowed to store our luggage until we checked in and also for our late flight home. We didn't get a car because everything we needed was right across the street.

Nicely Renovated Beach Condo

The condo was nicely renovated, beds were very comfortable and the property was right on the beach. The host was very responsive to the few minor issues. The only negative for me was the loud noise from the drivers as the building is very close to the overpass and a lot of people were revving their cars and making noise throughout the night. But I guess that comes with being close to the beach. Overall, a very nice stay.

A GREAT Father's Day

I stayed there with my wife and 2 kids for Father's Day weekend. It was a GREAT weekend. Spent most the time in the pool and on the Beach at Madiera. The condo is right by John's Pass and we enjoyed the pizza and ice cream after a few minutes walk. The condo is newly renovated and had some nice, new TVs and furniture. A great stay!! After the fun (heading back to Tampa)...we were able to catch a Ray's game with a ZZ Top and 3 Doors Down concert to boot. A Great place...and a good time. I WILL be back!!!

In 2019, we replaced all the kitchen appliances and all new bedroom sets in 2018 with a new deck fan (to keep you cooler on the balcony) late in the summer months.

Our unit is just a few feet away from the pool and beach.

Across street from a number of shops, restaurants, or bars....you won't need to drive anywhere.

It is a family owned unit that we treat as a home, which we rent out for other people to enjoy. Come relax!
