This 5th-floor, two-bedroom condo features a huge private balcony overlooking the Gulf from which you can savor a morning cup of coffee or dine alfresco while enjoying spectacular sunsets. This homey vacation gem is cheerfully decorated and has views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. The spacious floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating. It also has a high top table making it a perfect spot for a large gathering. The living area boasts a large sectional, oversized club chair, and a wonderful flatscreen TV. Both bathrooms feature updated granite countertops and décor. At night, rest easy in the two comfortable bedrooms.

Treasure Island beach in particular is one of the widest beaches in the area with gorgeous white sugar sand and great swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. Beach access is just across the street in the sister property of Palms, the Seahorse Cottages and Beach Oasis. The property offers ultimate convenience right on the Intracoastal and just steps away from the Gulf. Groceries stores, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. The property is also less than two miles south of John's Pass with restaurants, shops, bars, and all types of water sports rentals. Treasure Island is also home to the Treasure Island Beach Trail which was revamped in 2013. This almost mile-long paved walkway along the east side of the beach is perfect for walking, running, skateboarding, roller-blading, and biking.

Amazing Views and great condo!

We absolutely love the location of this condo! You have views of the Gulf in the front and side balcony and view of the bay as well! The condo is spacious and comfortable and had the amenities we needed to make our stay great! It’s right next door to Publix and a Walgreens, and there are restaurants within a block. Easy walk to the public beach! We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home but property needs upkeep

The condo was super spacious and clean and beautiful. Beach and dinner views were gorgeous, The building itself needing exterior cleaning, hallways needed cleaning and were dark and gloomy, elevator was super hot and broke during visit. Had to get firemen to unlock stairwell to get yo fourth floor. Almost died climbing four flights of stairs with heavy bags in heat with asthma. Will not stay here again bec of elevator situation. It’s sad bec condo is beautiful.

Great location

5 star location! Across from the beach, next to Publix, and walkable to some restaurants/bars. The unit was much bigger than I expected! Very spacious. Beach chairs were provided - but definitely need updated. Only 2 beach chairs that were very very old and 2 camping-like chairs. The umbrella was broken. Better than nothing but would recommend replacing. Quick response when the AC broke and they came out and fixed it quickly. Would stay here again for location!

Location Location!!

We love this unit as it looks out over the ocean view, sits right next door to Publix grocery store, and right down the street from restaurants. Room sizes are excellent and amenities perfect.

Adequate But Lacking

We originally booked another condo a few miles away through VRBO, but it was cancelled without explanation. This condo was offered as an alternative, which Vacasa was very good about their communication in booking. The condo was clean and very roomy. However, the master bedroom was significantly warmer than the rest of the condo. We tried closing the vents in other areas to try and force more air into that room, but to no avail. We contacted Vacasa to request some fans, which they said they would have someone bring by, but they never did. Needless to say, it was a couple of nights of rough sleeping with no covers at all. Also, the condo building has a construction project ongoing, which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as we would've booked somewhere else. The jackhammers start at 8am sharp. The building being across the street from the beach access was nice, but at night walking to local restaurants, there are a lot of homeless or maybe just panhandlers outs on most street corners. This isn't the condo's fault, obviously, but just something to advise other guests about and consider when booking. The master bedroom air conditioning issue and noisy construction are the reasons for the rating.

Overall, great stay.

The location is phenomenal!! Publix is next door and the beach is across the street so there are a lot of amenities within walking distance. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Big space for the area and for the price. The only reason I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a couple of the “rules”. (1) the AC can’t be set at lower than 73 degrees. In cooler months, this is a non issue but if you’re coming in the summer, this could be uncomfortable. (2) they want you to take out all of the trash to the dumpsters before you leave but they only gave us 2 trash bags. More bags should be provided to vacationers if we’re responsible for deposing of everything. Otherwise, this was an awesome experience. The views are great, the location is priceless, and everything is clean and well decorated. Beware, the elevator is incredibly slow (although this did not affect my rating since it’s out of the control of the owner(s)). We didn’t go to the pool or hot tub so I have no comment on those amenities but they did seem nice. All in all, this is certainly worth booking and we will be visiting again!!

Great view and location!

The great view of the sunsetting over the Gulf of Mexico was definitely the highlight of this vacation condo. It is in an excellent location… short walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, Publix grocery store, ice cream etc. Did not use pool or hot tub but they were clean and working! (Pool is heated which is a great feature for Dec trip) Reason for 4 stars and not 5: Pros: It was very clean and large space which was great! The living room and dining room furniture were in great condition. Washer and dryer in great shape and working! Cons: This condo needs some TLC. Light bulbs in kitchen near window need replacing. Also, It would be great if someone took the time to label ALL of the switches in the condo. So many and some don’t turn anything on/off. Vent filthy in kitchen above fridge Water pressure for toilets: Terrible. And I think they are aware because there were plungers in both bathrooms. Shower pressure was good. It was freezing when we arrived. 54 degrees in the condo. I wish someone would have turned on the heat for us before we got there but the thermostat was in great condition and heated the condo within an hour. They need to update the blurb on the website about the lock box. We spent 5 minutes trying to open the lock box as instructed only to look down and see a keypad above the door handle. We tried the code there and it worked. Master bedroom. Screen tore up in master and will not open. In addition, the bed is VERY high off the ground. Ideally, it needs a shorter box spring because the frame is so high. As a 5’7” lady, I needed to really work to get in the bed each night and I had to slide down to get out. I am not sure elderly or shorter people would be able to get in that bed. The “beach chairs” provided are in bad shape. Needs to be looked at/replaced. All in all, this was a good place to stay with my husband and 3 boys, 16, 19 and 22. I’m sure VACASA can work on the incidentals.

Unit 405

The actual unit itself was beautiful and clean. Huge two bedroom/2 bath. We had plenty of space. The master bath was a great size with a double vanity. Large closet in the second bedroom as well as two queen beds. The family room and kitchen/dining easily fits a large family. The location was great; however, we didn’t use the beach access since we had other family members staying at condos on the water. Now for the negatives… I would expect more supplies in a place this size. We were given one dishwasher soap pod, two rolls of toilet paper and one garbage bag. Also, I was surprised at the lack of plates and glasses for a condo this size. The building itself looks great from the outside, but the inside “foyer” and hallways are lacking any welcoming feel. We had our umbrella stolen the first night outside of our room. There is only one elevator for the entire building and it’s very slow. We also never received an email when the condo was ready like vacasa said we would. Overall, I would stay at this particular unit again, but I now know I need to bring all of the essentials.

Condo was beautiful! The view of the Marina and ocean was the highlight of the place. Condo very spacious. Many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Beach access was great! Place was very clean and had all the starting essentials needed. Kitchen was beautiful! Beds were comfortable! Check in was less than delightful. Keypad didn’t work. Took 30 minutes and a phone call to vacasa and ended up figuring it out ourselves. Wasn’t told the pool code and no parking permits given. Elevator was shut down for 3 hours while we were trying to get all of our stuff up. Only number we had was vacasa. No contact information for the owners which would have been beneficial. Overall stay was amazing. Just a terrible check in day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Just took awhile to get situated. We stayed for a week and a half and wish it was longer.

Spacious Luxury

The unit has an extremely large living room, kitchen, and dining room combo with lots of comfy seating. The two sets of sliding doors open to a large balcony and additional windows on the side of the building provide lots of beach and bay views. The bedrooms were also spacious and the layout provides a lot of distance between the main bedroom and the living area so that early risers aren`t endanger of interrupting those sleeping. Happy with our stay
