Wonderful

Treasure Island is just beautiful. The condo was perfect, with perfect views. There is a bar and a cafe. And the pool was lovely.

Great pool

My family loved staying here! The beach was beautiful and the pool is huge. It's an easy 1/2 mile walk to a great restaurant for dinner and just a little further, over the bridge, are a lot more options and shopping. The restaurant right IN the building has great breakfast burritos too. Would definitely stay here again. It was a little confusing to figure out where to park when we first got there but we liked having the assigned spot.

Great property

Rooms were very nice and clean. Had everything you need for a stay on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella!! Which I lnew before we packed the car down. Plenty of pots and pa s to cook in the room of you want. Noce that you have a key code, so you dont have to worry about taking a key card each time you left. Would definitely stay there again. room.

We stayed 3 nights and had a good time the place is clean the only downside is the first 2 days cool and windy weather March 5,and 6 2025, the unit is very clean the pool not heated use the hot tub instead. Inside the unit exhaust fan in both bathrooms not working the master bedroom has no toilet paper holder the master bedroom sliding glass door would not open and there was a noticed on the counter top exhaust fan needed repair since last month. But overall the place is good.

Everything You’ll Need for a Relaxing Getaway

Two friends and I stayed here for three nights to get away from cold, gray winter for a spell. We slept soundly on the beds, including the comfy pullout sofa. The complex is big, but not noisy at all. The balcony overlooks the beach from a short distance. The area is about a 0.5-1 mile walk to the commercial areas with restaurants, a Publix, and a Dolphin Quest boat ride. All walkable, safe, and pleasant. What more could you need? We used the beach chairs and towels to loaf around outside, and there’s a cooler and other beachy things should you need them. Thank you for making our stay easy breezy and enjoyable.

Spring Break 2023

I recently rented a condo for the week during my daughter’s spring break. I have to say it was a fantastic vacation. The condo was clean and well maintained. It had a convenient passcode entrance ( o need to keep an eye on a key card. Parking was easy and the location was within walking distance to John’s Pass (a touristy spot that offers great dinning and shopping). Also has a great beach front! Very clean. Pool was nice too! Communication was quick and easy! All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would use this company for future vacations!!

February vacation

It was very nice. The location was great. Right on the beach. The cafe was nice to have on the property. Nice pools, however it was hard to find a lounge chair to sit on because they were all taken when we wanted to be at the pool. Possibly they could get more chairs. A few things needed to be fixed in the condo. Blind by front entrance door needs to be replaced. Some mold in bathroom showers. Loose latch on patio door in living room. But overall we thought it was a nice condo and would consider renting again.

Very nice unit

Condo was nice, recently updated. Was there for 5 weeks and no issues. Only negative thing was with the resort itself, it appears as if people that aren’t actually staying at the resort come and get guest parking passes and just use the pool. Saw this happen every day and it didn’t seem like they have any way to prevent it. Made the pool very crowded and hard to get chairs and they let the spring break crowd get pretty wild. Would like to see them fix that, but overall we enjoyed the dtay.

First time to Treasure Island with family

Overall the stay at Sunset Vista was great. Had a bar and cafe in premise, Right on the beach, within minutes of everything to do. There was a couple minor issues with the room but not a big deal. Property management was very communicative and prompt with responses. The elevators need to be overhauled or replaced. One was not working and the other two were slow and during rides it was pretty warm, no ventilation or AC. Staff was very friendly too.

Great location

This was a great place for our vacation. As listed in previous reviews, there was a few things that need repaired like the bathroom vents and the sliding glass door, but other than that this was perfect for our family of 4. The pool area was nice, but we did not utilize it much, because we were right on the beach! John’s Pass was just a quick 10 minute walk away. Our teens walked down there regularly as did us adults. This unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and some sand toys for the kids. Beach towels were not included, which was no big deal. Some units had them and some did not. Would stay here again for sure!!

Good Stay but Missing the fine details

Overall, good property but not five star. Beds were old and very worn, no toilet paper holder in primary bathroom, light bulbs burnt out, closet door handles missing, primary bathroom fan inoperable. Overall, great property but missing the details. Maintenance/ cleaning staff needs to step up their game.

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the fantastic beach view from our balcony! My granddaughter was super excited when she saw the beach toys (thank you for that). The Hosts were very receptive to communication. If available for our next vacation we will be booking another stay here.

Anniversary

Check-In was okay, elevator was broken and did not reach the sixth floor so we had to take alternate routes to get back and forth to the room. Small view of the beach from our balcony. Wish I could have been more beachfront. Had to kill two giant cockroaches one while my wife was getting out of the shower and the other right before. Besides that it was okay.
