The Palms of Treasure Island offers the perfect location, stunning water views, a waterfront pool and hot tub, plenty of parking, and is just steps from one of the best stretches of sand on the island. Located in the heart of Treasure Island, you’ll be within easy walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, shops, grocery stores, and just a short trolley ride to John’s Pass Village.
When you’re ready to take a break from the award-winning beaches and warm Gulf waters, relax on your private balcony or unwind by the quiet waterfront pool. The balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail with beautiful bay views.

Our recent stay at Palm’s of Treasure Island was truly memorable. The condo offered a stunning view from the deck, and we were delighted to spot dolphins every day—an experience that made our trip extra special. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just across the street and convenient amenities like Publix and a charming ice cream shop right next door. We also enjoyed being within easy walking distance to popular spots such as Sloppy Joe’s and Ricky-T’s.The condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. A wonderful bonus was being able to attend Sanding Ovations, the local sand sculpture competition, which added a unique touch to our visit. While there were a couple of minor inconveniences—the elevator was out of service twice during our stay, and the 4th floor stairwell door would slam shut due to a broken hydraulic closer—these did not detract from our overall enjoyment. However, guests with accessibility needs should be aware of the elevator issues. Overall, we had such a great experience that we’ve already booked another unit in the complex for our next trip, this time bringing even more family along. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! It had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and stores, right across from the ocean, and the view from the balcony was amazing!! We saw manatees, dolphins, and so many different birds. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.We will definitely be returning!!

BED BUGS! Managers checked themselves and refused to hire professionals, and said two different doctors had no idea what they were talking about. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also looked nothing like pictures. Dirty baseboards, floors, cardboard on windows

Too many fees, but great view and clean

Beds were very stiff, and fans in the bathrooms were obnoxiously loud. Still giving a 5 for great view and cleanliness. I trip has way to many fees, after talking to numerous other visitors, I will do more research before I use them again. Still wish I had my original room 408. Treasure Island came back from those hurricanes stronger than ever. Love the people there.

Loved location. Lots of room. Loved the king size bed. Dryer didn’t work. Cleanliness was okay except for all the glass looking out on terrace. Towels could be better—thin. Soap bars wouldn’t last 2 days, let alone a week. Pool area could definitely be cleaner. Were told we had to take trash out but only left us 1extra bag. It was good, it’s just when it costs that much, little things shouldn’t distract.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful views and perfect location. Close to the guld coast, without the gulfview/location's premium price. This condo was perfect for us to recharge and get away from a Midwest winter.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time over Labor Day wknd, staying two nights at the Palms of Treasure Island. We were on the 4th floor and had a magnificent view of the intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is very large and can accommodate a lot of people, giving you privacy, even with other people in the water. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach (and taking walks) and local restaurants. We highly recommend this accommodation and the owners. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with.

The place has a very good potential, but the maintenance of the place itself including the whole building could be better.____Pros:__The place is well sized, has all the amenities needed, a balcony with a great view to the bay and a big clean pool. The bathrooms and the kitchen were clean, the beds were comfortable. The maintenance team was responsive.____Cons:__The overall maintenance of the place needs to be improved. While the shower is clean, the area around the shower looks like it was never touched. The baseboards all over the apartment are dirty, there are stains on the walls, and the floors cleaning is not of the best quality.__The building hallways are rundown and need a good cleaning.__The bedrooms' windows are facing the hallway and are blocked with cardboard.____

Great location

This rental was in a great location. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Having the chance to get a free ticket to attractions each day was also a nice perk. We had an SUV with a topper on it. There was plenty of parking outside, so worries with the topper. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Treasure Island, Florida.

Great location and views

Second time in this condo. The condo itself is great. Great location. Great inside. Views are wonderful. Get to see dolphins. Convenient to restaurants and beach. Only complaint is the pool area. Didn’t feel like it was clean. Debris at bottom of pool. Deck are had weeds. Trash wasn’t picked up. Probably due to existing guests, but probably need a pool maintenance company visit more often. Overall would stay there again with hopes of a better pool experience next time.

Nice condo

This is our second time staying in this unit. Love the top floor and the view. Inside the condo is nice. Nice open floor plan. Comfortable beds. Love the balcony and watching dolphins and boats. Only complaint is the pool didn’t seem to get cleaned often. Needed vacuuming and weeds growing in pavers. Guests need to be better at picking up after themselves as no one is paid to do it it seemed. Would rent again with hopes of improved pool maintenance.
