We love the Sea Rocket!

Love the Sea Rocket and its location is perfect! You can walk to the restaurants and shops on the Boulevard or take the trolley to John’s Pass. The property itself is very clean and everyone is so friendly.

Great Location

Great place to spend a long weekend with friends. It's a small place, but has everything you need. Perfect location! Obviously on the beach, but also close to many great restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay

Nicely remodeled. We have spent evenings in most of the units in this property and I can say, it is probably the nicest. Had a great time. Perhaps a salt and shaker in the pantry may be useful, other than that, all was great.

Beach stay

The property is older but kept clean and taken care of. The unit we stayed in was recently updated and very clean. The studio is lacking storage space for clothing and food. The location is convenient and close to shopping and golf. It is right on the beach and has beautiful sunsets. I would stay again for a weekend visit

Small place, great location

You can't beat staying on the beach. The other guests were friendly. The water temp was an issue one night, but not the next. The air conditioner needed to be repaired and was promptly. It may not have been luxurious, but we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Not for extended stay

This extremely small condo is not for those seeking a stay beyond a weekend. The range doesn’t really work well, so don’t expect to cook meals. It reminds me of my dorm room in college.

The room was very clean and nice. Hot water takes 5-15 minutes to heat up. No storage for clothes (not a big deal as the scenery is beautiful). Overall, the place is a great place to stay but be aware it takes a very long time to get hot water.

Needs a few things

Unit was remodeled and nice but needs a few things. There are not enough hooks to hang towels from, no drawer spaces to unpack clothes and needs a drape or covering over the window in the door.

Simplicity at its Best

The Sea Rocket is all about simple. You step out your door and the beach is right there. I have been booking rooms from Madeira to Indian Rocks for over 40 years, and North Redington beach is the best beach and the Sea Rocket is the best place to stay. Most of the rooms are small. They are individually owned and offer different decor. I asked the wife where she wanted to stay for our short 3 day visit. The Sea Rocket!! No elevators, no hallways, just a few steps from your door to the sand. Perfect!!
