Une touche de la Nouvelle-Orléans dans le golfe du Mexique! Le Royal Orleans est un complexe de condos pittoresque et confortable en face du sable blanc du golfe. Le Royal Orleans possÚde une piscine chauffée toute l'année, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une laverie automatique sur place et se trouve à quelques pas de l'accÚs à la plage publique! Récemment mis à jour pour 2019, tout nouveau climatiseur et nouveau lit.

L'unité 213 est décorée dans un thÚme amusant et balnéaire avec tout le confort de la maison! AprÚs une journée amusante à la plage, prenez un verre, asseyez-vous sur le pont et profitez de la vue sur le coucher de soleil sur le golfe!

Ce studio est parfait pour un couple ou une jeune famille. L'unité est suffisamment spacieuse pour un séjour de longue durée. Le plan d'étage permet un lit, un bureau, une télévision à écran plat, une table à manger et une chaise confortable, le tout à distance de la cuisine et une belle salle de bains avec sÚche-cheveux et serviettes moelleuses. Avec la disposition en configuration T, vous serez toujours au milieu de l'action sans vous sentir trop confiné.

I have stayed in this complex before and this is the nicest unit. The pool is awesome and the beach is just a short walk away.

Very comfortable

We found this property to be comfortable and well stocked with household and beach items for our stay. The location in proximity to the beach can't be beat, and we found other renters in Royal Orleans to be friendly and helpful.

Easy check in process, room was clean & everything you need. The beach was a block away. They have chairs, umbrella, big cooler, towels& hats!! Close to restaurants, activities & the trolley. I’ll be back!!

I love this property!

Burkhard is amazing to work with. I love the Royal Orleans but this unit actually had a view of the beach from the balcony. I definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

My boyfriend and I spent a quick weekend away to the other coast of Florida. We chose to stay here due to the location and accessibility to the beach and local restaurants. We even drove to down town St. Petersburg one night for sunset and the drive was less than 30 minutes! This was the perfect place for the two of us and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend!

Beach getaway

This was a perfect place for our beach getaway. The unit was small but very clean and comfortable. It was right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. The swimming pool was clean and a nice reprieve in the afternoon when we needed to get out of the sun. We went to the store for a few groceries the first day and then never used our car again because there are so many good restaurants within walking distance. Had a great time!

Great Location and Size

We were in town for a wedding and just need a nice place to stay on Treasure Island. This unit was the perfect size and location. We didn't have trouble parking and we could walk to a lot of restaurants. My only negatives is it could use better lighting, a clock and full length mirror. We loved everything it had for beach use.

Fun Beach Vacay

Had a great time! Perfect size for two adults. The check-in process was smooth and the property manager was helpful and very responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. I loved that we were so close to the beach. Would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend this property! We didn’t bring our own vehicle, nor did we rent one and that worked out just fine. We were able to catch rides on the trolley to go down to John’s Pass. We also spent a lot of time down at the Conch (definitely recommend!). Only thing is - the Citgo gas station that’s within comfortable walking distance was closed, so we used Uber to order some bags of ice. There’s a Winn Dixie and CVS nearby, but I wouldn’t want to walk there and back in the Florida sun. So, if you visit without a vehicle, plan to catch an Uber or use public transit to stock up on groceries and ice. Loved that the property includes umbrellas, a cooler, chairs, hat, and a bodyboard. Great time and great host!

Great location and good value

Burkhard was very easy to communicate with and very prompt, A+! :) This location is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The area is very nice. Nice to have a kitchenette. The room is small, but that is indicated in the information. But, has everything you need for a beach stay. Bed very comfortable. Pool and courtyard in the complex. Nice parking for the building. Very good value for the price! Thanks again Burkhard!!

Royal Orleans is Nice

The superhost was very responsive, and the studio apartment was adequate for a quick weekend visit to the Gulf beaches. The location is great for easy beach access and a short walk to the excellent Conch Republic restaurant. However, the description of where the actual apartment is located within the Royal Orleans complex could be better, as we searched around for easily 15 minutes in the 90-degree heat. We never could get hot water from the shower which made my wife furious after a sunscreen covered, salt water in the hair day. We have stayed at this complex before but in a bigger unit and would return.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Our room was perfect and had a cooler, umbrella, and beach towels provided so we didn’t have to go to the store to buy any! The pool was large and very clean. The beach access is a little further down than our last stay due to the hurricane, but it is still a very short walk and easily accessible. Burkhard was very responsive and kind throughout our stay. Would recommend and stay again!!!

The condo was adorable and exactly what we needed! The pool was great, and the location was quiet and relaxing. They’re still rebuilding, so the beach access was a little farther down than usual, but it was still a good spot. The property manager was super easy to work with, which made the whole stay even smoother.

the beach across the street has ben closed over a year had to drive to a public beach and pay 5.00 for one hour parking. if i had bend told that the beach excess was closed i would stayed at another condo. also the heated pool is not heated

Redington Beach is the most beautiful, relaxing area along Florida's Gulf Coast. The Royal Orleans is known for quality upkeep, management as well as a quieter place to stay. And the pool is always a warm mid 80 degrees!

While staying at their properties, the owners enjoy the easy access to the beach, delicious seafood restaurants and the close distance to Tampa International Airport. They often skip the rental car and take a shuttle to the condo and use the Trolley service that runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach! Even John's Pass and Treasure Island are close by.
