It is all about the views and tranquility!!! Spacious, Immaculate Waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, first floor condo with air conditioning. Truly ONE OF A KIND!!!!

Less than 100 ft from jumping in the ocean! Stunning water views from every window! Incredible sunset views of Provincetown's Monument, AND EXCLUSIVE USE of 25 x 30 ft oceanfront deck-No other unit has access to this magnificent deck. Imagine grilling and enjoying a glass of wine/beer or your favorite cocktail while watching the waves crash or taking in spectacular sunsets!

Sunny Open floor plan. It has a large fully modernized kitchen (fully equipped) with high end cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This home has gleaming hardwood floors throughout.

The main living area is open concept with a spacious living room and comfortable leather couch. The living room has expansive windows and walks out onto the HUGE deck.

The deck features 2 custom picnic tables for ample outside eating and your own new barbecue. It is fully equipped with beach chairs and beach toys and fabulous "eco friendly" Adirondack chairs and lovely nautical loungers. Walk directly off the deck onto sand-no retaining walls -no stairs- the beach and the surf are right there. Not somewhere off in the distance.

The home has a gorgeously appointed bathroom with granite countertops, ceramic floors, and separate shower.

It also has two HUGE bedrooms with gleaming hardwood floors, exceptional high-end mattresses and gorgeous linens. The master has double sliding glass doors which looks out to the ocean and provides direct access to the 25 x 30 ft deck which is private for this unit only. It has a king bed and its own private bathroom. The front bedroom has amazing views of pilgrim's lake and features an extremely comfortable queen bed and 2 sleep chairs that turn into a queen size bed when opened together.

Second year at this condo. Clean and well stocked. Bed in guest bedroom very low to ground and springs or something were very noisy. But other than that already booked for next year.

You could not ask for more

Nancy was incredible- even when I am trying to get into the wrong property! So patient and kind. The condo not only had absolutely anything you could think of it was so organized and easy to locate any item you may need. The entire place is set up for you to enjoy the space - I’ve never felt so welcome at a rental.

This property was great. The deck and the house was just as listed and the view is killer. The sunsets took your breathe away. Kitchen was very well stocked! Appliances were newer, nice! So beach interior , nice lighted inside and on the deck. Gas grill worked!! Yeah. 100 % I would stay again. Brad and Trish

Exceeded Expectations

This condo is the nicest we have ever stayed in on Rte 6A in Truro, and that’s saying a lot because we have been coming up to the cape each summer for 34 years and have stayed in so so many. This place is georgeous and roomy and modern and clean and quiet with a huge private deck and everything you need in a huge kitchen. Incredible views and the host was so helpful and responsive with a few questions I had. Will definitely stay here again. Best time!!!!

Beautiful time at a beautiful place

We have had several family vacations at this complex. We had the best time at Nancy's place. Why? It had the best deck to relax on, it was on the first floor (best with young children) and it was clean and more than well supplied with kitchen tools, our own grill and more. The bed was very comfortable, which made me realize I might need a new mattress :) A great time was had by all!

Perfect week at the beach!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we will be back! Big deck that easily hosted dinners for our party of 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant, and comfortable inside -- clean all around, well appointed kitchen, convenient location close to major beaches and Provincetown. The bed was a little soft for our taste but other than that we had zero complaints. We had a great trip and look forward to coming back soon!

The condo was amazing! It was super clean and exactly as described. We all enjoyed spending time on the beautiful huge deck. The owners, Nancy and Ray, were wonderful and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful beach retreat

We truly enjoyed our stay and Turo at this beautiful two bedroom condo. Our daughter and her husband joined us. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The sounds of the ocean are just So relaxing.. Our only complaint is that we would prefer a more firm mattress, but otherwise the accommodations were stellar, we are so grateful to the hosts 😊

Der Aufenthalt war insofern für Urlaub unzureichend unentspannt, da die Matratzen beider Betten mangelhaft waren, ein wichtiger Punkt, dies wurde von jemandem vorher bereits bemängelt und sollte umgehend behoben werden! Ausserdem sind die Stühle am Esstisch durchgesessen und es gab keinen Sonnenschirm, was für den Preis alles passen sollte. Ansonsten eine schöne Unterkunft.

North Truro Condo

This was the fourth year we’ve rented this condo. Nancy is the second owner we’ve dealt with. The condo is perfect for us. This year we had 2 problems. First there was a leak under the kitchen sink. We put a bowl under it, and had to empty the dirty water every time we used the sink. Not pleasant for vacation. The second; the bed linen was pilled and uncomfortable. We could not find another set, We told Nancy about the leak, but not about the sheets. I texted her when we left and told her at that time. We’ve been coming to the Provincetown/North Truro area for over twenty years. I would take this condo again, hopefully all leaks will be fixed, all appliances are in working order, and the sheets are comfortable.

Annual Cape Cod Holiday

Enjoyed this location and condo so much we are already booked for same time next year! Only one suggestion..add a box spring to the bed in the guest room. The bed is very low for us older folks. We made it work but a box spring would bring it to the perfect height and eliminate the noise made when moving!

Mixed Feelings

The property itself is stunning. When you first walk through the door, you’re greeted by a captivating, panoramic view of the ocean through a wall of windows, and sliding glass doors. The doors lead out to a sprawling, private patio deck where we could watch the sunset over Provincetown. There was easy access to the beach as well. Unfortunately, for the rate we had to pay, the bed was unacceptable. The mattress was thin and creaky with popping springs, creating the sensation of dropping whenever we moved—I was afraid the mattress would fall to the floor! This wasn’t about comfort level—firm versus soft. It seemed like a tired, worn-out mattress that needed to be replaced. My wife communicated this problem to the owner, who answered: “I have not had any complaints about it.” As an employee in the hospitality industry for many years, I was disappointed by her response. She asked to see pictures, but the mattress problem wasn’t something you could see; you had to feel it. She told us she wouldn’t have been able to do anything about the bed until after our departure. Upon her suggestion, we tried the fold-out chairs that converted into two twin beds. We slept one night on them, but they were hard as rocks. All in all, we had mixed feelings about our stay. As frequent visitors to Truro, we’ve been looking for a place we can return to. This could have been that place, but we felt the quality of the bed didn’t match the rates we had to pay to have three sleepless nights.

Location, location!!!

This condo was exactly as pictured and well appointed! The owner’s design style added to the ocean vibe!! The deck was the place to be and the weather was fantastic. The owner was concerned with the threat of hurricane and reached out to me. She advised us to leave for the Cape on Sunday to avoid any weather issues. We greatly appreciated her concern and offer to stay until the following Sunday. Unfortunately due to our work schedules, it wasn’t possible. We did have an issue signing into the tv, and she responded promptly and all was resolved. Perfect spot, close enough to Ptown activities but a great place to come back to for relaxing!!

Best location in North Truro

This was a great place to stay! The views, the deck, the sunsets, the condo, it has it all! I did not want to leave. The condo has 2 large bedrooms. The listing says it can accommodate 6 adults but I am not sure how that is possible. It can accommodate 4 adults and maybe 2 kids. The kitchen is large and well stocked if you like to cook. You are right on the beach. Waking up and sitting out on the LARGE deck in the morning sipping my coffee was a great way to start the day. You can’t go wrong if you rent this place

It is so wonderful we came back. Lovely, immaculate, steps from the beach or just enjoy the lounging on the deck looking out onto the water. 5 minutes from Provincetown. Just delightful.

We love this condo. Our second time staying there for a week over the summer. Location is amazing right on the bay beach. Place is roomy and clean. Our four adults and one infant had all the room we needed. We will stay again.

My husband and I have been traveling to this area for over 25 years on a yearly basis. For the last 7 years of our vacationing here, we stayed at various units in this wonderful condominium. Our dream was always to have the opportunity to come back to our own space here. And here we are! We are happy to share our dream with you and your family and hope that you love it as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This unit is in the perfect location! Right on the beach to enjoy the sun, ocean breeze and unbeatable sunsets. The home has a wonderful open concept with a lovely, large, bright kitchen which is really well laid out and stocked. The bedrooms are incredibly roomy. The home has so many upgrades and ice finishes and great sized cupboards. The crowning glory of this home is the view of the ocean and the proximity to the water. I know of no other condo which allows you a private 25 x 30 ft deck to enjoy the sun, the surf and the ocean views right on the beach. It's also a 10 minute drive or short ride on the bus (stops right in front of the unit) to Provincetown for shows, museums, tons of restaurants and night life. It is equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing getaway if you enjoy eating at home or a pick up a few things at the local market (5 minutes up the road) or at Stop n Shop in Provincetown. Don't want to cook? Just order in or take out or just go and enjoy the great variety of restaurants in Provincetown or in Wellfleet. Your choice! This is a very special gem and a true oasis!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We bought in Truro because...well it's just our favorite place to be! We love the sun, the sand, the rolling waves and abundant wildlife of this area. There are amazing parks and incredible dunes like nowhere else. The is the only part of the east coast where you can watch the sun set over the ocean. Come back during the different seasons and follow the sun set at various points over the ocean. And oh what spectacular sunsets they are!!

There are so many activities to do here all year round. We actually enjoy off season the best - especially when a storm comes up. So much fun to watch from the cozy living room. Yes, this is a year-round unit! You have the opportunity to come back and enjoy this beautiful, friendly, and hospitable area any time of the year from our huge, comfortable deck!

You just can't beat the fun of P-town minutes away. Filled with unique stores, culture, art galleries, exceptional restaurants and so much more! The people there are exceptionally friendly!
