These Cape Cod Bay facing condominium cottages offer uninterrupted views of Provincetown and Pilgrim Monument. Located on Beach Point, you are only minutes away from down town Provincetown entertainment, dining, shopping, dune tours, fishing and more! Enjoy the solitude of the rhythmic waves gently lapping the sand in front of your cute white cottage trimmed in green shutters encompassing nostalgic Cape Cod charm! Each cottage sleeps from 4-6 people and offers a full bathroom, a kitchen, a water facing living/dining space, and has parking for 2 cars (with overflow parking across the street). BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Couldn't be better

The Iris cottage has been renovated beautifully - new tight windows, comfortable beds, blinds that work, clever bathroom design, comfortable furniture. These improvements made our stay that much more pleasant. And of course, the location simply is the best.

Always My Happy Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Days' is always a joy to visit! The cottages are right on the beach; just step outside the door! All housekeeping amenities are included, and there is room for six guests. It's in close proximity to P-Town, and all of the Outer Cape beaches. You can sea seals, shore birds, and even an occasional whale, right from the front window, and the sunsets are spectacular.

Cape Rental Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place on the bay in Truro. Unique, cozy cottage is clean and small but a delightful experience even if you encounter undesirable weather conditions. I have taken my two sons here since they were young children (approximately 18 visits ) they are now 32 and 35. Numerous restaurants from lobster shacks to fine dining all within a few miles. Whale watching, fishing excursions, beaches, Atlantic Ocean, the Dunes and much more. Great for the family or a couple’s retreat. I would definitely recommend!!

Perfect location

While the cottage is small, it was very comfortable. The location is perfect. We loved not having to drive to a beach or trek up and down a lot of steps to reach the sand. We thought it might be noisy being right on the road but even Labor Day weekend was very peaceful. Having the market across the road was a nice convenience too. The bayside view from the living area is lovely.

Beyond satisfied!

The cottage was very clean and included everything I needed for a great vacation. The views were incredible! A surprise bonus were the recliners that were perfect for a nap. The Days Market across the street has all sorts of food and drink opinions too. I didn't need to drive anywhere. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent our vacation week where I have gone for the past 57 years. North Truro at Days (condominiums) cottages. We had wonderful weather and the only issue was missing one key upon check in that was resolved in a couple of hours. The cottage was clean and well appointed, the interaction I had with staff was very pleasant and friendly. I’m looking forward to next year, my family can’t wait!
