Super clean, very well maintained property. Great pool and backyard. Everything was more well-designed, cleaner and maintained that even the beautiful pictures shown. The host, Kelly, was incredibly communicative and available. Highly suggest this property and will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Great location. Quiet and very walkable neighborhood with easy access to highways. Owner had great communication and was very responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Gemini house. It was definitely a home away from home. The house was clean and spacious. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The host was amazing. She was readily available whenever I had questions. My family and I even locked ourselves out and she was there in twenty minutes to let us in. If you traveling to Tempe definitely stay at the Gemini house.

We had an extended stay at this property during construction on our home in Chandler. Kelly was an excellent hostess. She responded to any concerns we had in a very timely manner.We absolutely love this neighborhood. Kelly was great to work with. The location and amenities were just what we needed to help us with college move in. Theres plenty of room for 6 adults. So if you’re looking for great value and proximity to ASU this is perfect.

Loved our Stay

Our family had a great time staying at Modern GEM. The quiet neighborhood felt very safe and everything we needed was nearby. The location provided the perfect jumping off point for several day trips and activities. It was also nice to be able to come home and enjoy the pool and covered patio as a family. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! Loved the layout of the house the back yard. The house had everything we need. I loved the open concept of the house. The house was very clean and organized. Very nice, clean home

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was clean and the decor was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the house stayed cool. We were very comfortable in the house. The host was super responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Harriet was a pleasure to host and I welcome her to my home anytime they are in AZ visiting! She was very friendly and great at communicating with me. The house was left clean, house rules all followed and she even washed a load of bath towels which was not expected.

Two week stay.

Good location, easy access to freeways. House clean upon arrival, easy communication with the owner. If visiting the Tempe area this is great place to stay, we were visiting our grandson who attends ASU. It was too cold to use the pool but the backyard area is very nice.

Tempe has been my home where I raised my children, all ASU graduates who now have little families of their own. I have been a real estate professional specializing in the the valley here in AZ since 2013.

Private 3 bed 2 bath home with comfy new mattresses for you and your guests to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep. In one of the bedrooms we provide a work space with desk if you need to work or catch up on any emails.

Located in the heart of Tempe, it is close to everything. The home is near the 101 loop which can lead you North to Scottsdale or all the way onto North Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria & Surprise. Going South, you can head over to Chandler & connect to the loop 202 heading into Gilbert, Queen Creek, etc. Only a little over a mile from Highway 60, which can lead into Mesa or Phoenix. Five miles from ASU Main Campus and Mill Avenue entertainment district. 12 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport.
