Enjoy the relaxing backyard with a pool . Conveniently located near Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, Papago park, and a short drive from downtown Phoenix. There is plenty of fun to be had inside with the billiards table and dart setup. Brand new spacious kitchen that is stocked to assist in any meals you may want to make.My favorite aspect of the house is being able to walk out the front door and soon connect up with miles of trails for hiking or biking throughout Evelyn Hallman Park and the surrounding Papago park area(This is a great spot to take the dog out for a nice walk especially around sunset!).

Perfect for us

Some college friends and I stayed here for the Mesa marathon and assorted fun. It was perfectly located, with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and the house was clean and well maintained. It's a great place for a Phoenix stay.

Great location and comfortable

Our family enjoyed our stay. 10 minutes to ASU, Botanical Garden and Tempe downtown. House is nice and clean. We didn't use the pool but it looks nice.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful stay with our two little dogs. We were visiting family and appreciated the well appointed kitchen so that we could cook a couple dishes to take to the Thanksgiving dinner. We fully enjoyed the pool table and close location to Papago Park for walks.

Hockey Family

We were in Phoenix for a hockey tournament. We enjoyed the home and bbqing. The boys enjoyed the pool. Nicholas was very accommodating and let us check in early as soon as our flight got in at 8am!

Spring Training Stay

Convenient location and very clean, especially considering dogs being allowed. Enjoyed family time playing available games when we were at the house. Hard-sided cooler came in handy for day trip to Grand Canyon. Nathan was prompt in response when i asked a question. Read all the amenities, it's very thorough. It was a little too early in the season to really enjoy the pool but it was helpful to cool down. Having the carport and covered patio was excellent!

Easy and fun for a weekend!

This property is exactly as described was clean, convenient, and very fun with the pool table, darts, etc. We had our dogs with us and it was nice and easy with them as well - nice backyard. Small bedrooms with queen-sized, but very comfortable, beds. Would definitely stay again!

Great get away

Taking our son to ASU this was a perfect spot close enough yet for enough to give him some space. We were able to enjoy the pool play billiards as well as darts all in the nice air conditioning

Location location location!

My family of four and our dog stayed 3 nights. The neighborhood is in a great location surrounded by Papago Park, great restaurants, lots of shopping, and close to freeway for easy traveling. The pool table and darts were really fun. The private pool was wonderful! We had a great stay!

Great Home

Beautiful home in a great location, has everything you need and more. Located close to anything that you could need, stores, food, outdoor activities, ASU. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit.

Soccer tournament getaway

Very clean house that was perfect for our group. Loved having the pool table and darts as entertainment since the weather wasn’t great and weren’t able to swim. Nice amenities and easy access to all the places we went.

Very inviting

This stay was great. The home was clean and inviting with lots of little things to do. It was easy to get in and there weren't a lot of complicated things to do prior to checking out. Having the private pool was a great perk to this home.

Perfect Location in Safe Neighbourhood

This house has everything that you need for you, the family and your pups! It is the ideal location to everything and is in a safe neighbourhood. Love the games room and the pool space in the back. Perfect house for your getaway.

Fabulous experience.

This house has everything! We were so comfortable and had everything we could want. It is clean and well supplied. The owner was easy to communicate with. I didn't worry about the kids makingg too much noise while they enjoyed the back yard and pool.

Perfect Desert Escape

This property is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a thoughtfully and tastefully decorated house. It’s well appointed with new appliances and clean comfortable furniture, sheets, and towels. We spent the entire weekend playing pool and having food and beer delivered. We brought some vinyl from home and spun records day and night and it was even warm enough for some night swimming. We’re already planning a subsequent trip.

Comfortable and convenient

My husband, 17 year old, 7 year old, and I stayed here for 3 nights and it worked great for us. Its location makes it easy to access all that the surrounding areas have to offer. Playing pool with the family was a great way to relax after being out all day. We were in AZ during unseasonably cold weather so we didn't get to use the unheated pool, but it was clean and maintained. We would have used it! Next time maybe 😀

New Favorite Rental!

My family and I travel a lot and this was our absolute favorite spot without a doubt! We can’t wait to stay here again. This place immediately felt like home. The backyard is spectacular and so spacious. The pool looks amazing…perfect for the summer! The home is extremely well decorated and looks newly renovated. The kitchen has everything you need from spices to pots and pans. The house was so clean and pristine. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. Such a great location. Not too far from all the great venues that Phoenix has to offer. The owner also answered all our questions right away, and we felt very accommodated too. Thanks for the amazing stay!!!!!
