La chambre principale a une spacieuse salle de bains avec double vasque, une grande douche à l'italienne et un grand placard multi-étagères. Il y a un lit California King size pour s'allonger et une commode pour ranger vos vêtements pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous.
Il y a aussi un lit queen-size Sealy pour deux personnes supplémentaires.

A l'étage, il y a deux chambres supplémentaires et une salle de bain complète avec double vasque. Une chambre a un lit king size et l'autre un lit queen size.

Une salle de bain en deux pièces est située au rez-de-chaussée.

Vous êtes à trois minutes à pied des montagnes pour une belle randonnée, une longue course et un excellent VTT. La maison est située à 10 minutes au sud de l'aéroport PHX, à quelques pâtés de maisons de golf et d'excellents magasins juste en bas de la route.

Apportez la famille pour la formation de printemps et NASCAR.

Un court trajet en voiture du centre-ville de Phoenix est l'endroit où vous pouvez regarder une pièce dans les nombreux théâtres, assister à un concert, regarder les Suns ou Mercury au Talking Stick Resort Arena, attraper le baseball des ligues majeures au Chase Field, vous promener dans les musées ou voir l'opéra ou Symphonie au Phoenix Symphony Hall.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was clean and exactly as described. The pool was clean and refreshing. The best part was the fantastic communication from the owner. We would stay again when in the area!

confusing communications with owner

This house is lovely, but the owner asked for me to sign five pages of extra info, including sharing a lot of personal info. I called VRBO and they called the owner and we all agreed it was against VRBO policy and I would not sign it. The five pages I was asked to fill out included personal info like names, ages and occupations of all guests, two long lists of checkout instructions that are not the same, and a full page of instructions regarding using the pool. Even though the security deposit is many thousands of dollars the owner wanted me to sign papers saying it is one fifth of that actual deposit cost. In the long list for pool instructions are things that do not make sense, but ask for a signature agreement. For instance, the list included: if the spa will be on from 1:00PM to 12:00AM - as something to sign and agree to. As others noted, there are no toiletries. One requirement of the host is to leave a long vacuum hose in the pool, which makes a large section of the pool unusable. Also, there are two Keurigs, but no Keurig pods. There is a coffee maker and coffee filters, but the filters do not fit the coffee pot. All in all, the house itself is beautiful, but because of the extremely high security deposit, and the very strange communications with the owner and his five pages of requirements, we could not relax and enjoy ourselves here.

Ahwatukee Hills Residence

We had a great stay at this residence. Home was clean, orderly, had all of the ammenities, and we were able to use the kitchen every night to make dinner for ourselves using the stove, grill, utensils, etc. Pool and spa were terrific, back patio is private and well spaced. Easy walk to the trails for hiking on South Mountain and great private, quiet, locationWould definitely recommend to friends and family

Quiet and relaxing

Clean, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a nice relaxing time. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub lost some water but after contacting the host, he was able to fix it right away. We definitely recommend this property to others.

Honestly though...

There wasn't a way to make coffee, all the parts in the cabinet did not match either of the two options, so we had to buy k-cups. The pool had a bunch of algae, the skimmer net had a hole in it, and the hot tub was on a weird schedule, doing a strange and very loud flushing all night long. The pigeon guards on the balcony stabbed my arm. And the master bedroom bedframe and headboard were... dangerous, for lack of a better word. I've never stubbed my toes so much in my life. Other than all that, it was great.

Golf Vacation

Overall the property was very good and provided us the amenities that were important. The functionality of the kitchen and bathrooms worked very well for our golf group. Additionally, the hot tub was a nice benefit. We do eat a majority of our meals at our VRBO's and this location (similar to others) had average kitchen cooking items. One other item is that the TV required our group to use our accounts to access TV channels.Overall our group was very happy with the location; great for morning hikes and close to our golf locations.

Would Rent Again

House was as described and well stocked. I stayed alone so a lot of the amenities weren’t used but seemed nice. The backyard is nice. The hot tub seemed to have an issue with the water level getting low in the later evenings but was still nice if used earlier in the day/evening. Never heard back from the manager on that one so not sure if it’s normal or not. Very quiet nice neighborhood.

Great place

Pool and hot tub are pretty great to have with the summer weather in phoenix. Pima Canyon trails are accessible via a short walk down the road, which is great if you're looking for somewhere cool to explore. Everything about the place was as described/pictured in the listing. The price is great for a place that comfortably sleeps 8.

Loved our stay

Quick Get away

Wonderful house for a reasonable price

We enjoyed our stay, and with the house being centrally located to other family members, it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It allowed us to get out of the northern cold for two full weeks without breaking the bank. Overall, it was a perfect fit for us.

Ideal location and beautiful home!

Everywhere we wanted to go was about 20 minutes from this house, making it an ideal location. The home had everything we needed, a beautiful pool and spa, in a peaceful neighborhood. I was actually surprised at how comfortable our bed was (upstairs bedroom). All of our friends loved the stay also.
