You'll be just a few miles south of Rockport Beach, with many shops, bars, and restaurants along the way - making for the perfect stops on your way to and from the sand. Inside, you'll find stylish tile flooring, new furnishings, and all-new fixtures in the bathroom. The convenient kitchenette features a retro-style mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The kitchenette is also furnished with tableware for four. Make some snacks for the beach, then head out to enjoy the day. When you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then step inside to freshen up for dinner. Relax while you stream a movie on the Smart TV, or use the desk and free WiFi to catch up on any remote work before bed.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
