Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a King size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi

Wonderful get-away

I was appreciative of the location because I could walk to the Market Days at the marina and to the shopping and arts district. The room and grounds are clean and well kept. Great A/C!

Another Wonderful Rockport Escape!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time to stay at Coast Oaks Cottages. It is always such a pleasure. Nina is awesome to work with; the rooms are always exceptionally clean; the rooms are quiet and the location is close to the marina and all the downtown shopping and events. We walked by the water, shopped, biked. It was a perfect Rockport Vacation. Thank you Nina....again!!

More than we hoped for

These little cottages and the property they sit on are so clean and well thought out in design and location. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit which was so convenient. Inside the room, the design is inviting and luxurious while also feeling local and homey. Everything from the bed to the shower to the space was far superior to a hotel with prices being way more reasonable. We come down here often and will definitely be staying here again.

Spent a weekend here a few weeks back and liked it so much that we booked another stay while we were there! Walking/biking distance to everything we need. We’ll be back as soon as we can.

We loved the cute room and just had one issue with no power on one wall that impacted a lamp, the light outside and most importantly the fan.

Good location

There was construction across the street. We saw several homeless people. Very sad. Once construction is complete I believe this will be a premier spot! Room was slightly dirty. There were chip crumbs in one of the chairs. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Overall very happy with price and employees also.
