Welcome to Hootie and the Redfish!

Your coastal getaway awaits at this fourth-floor condo overlooking the sparkling waters of Aransas Bay. Enjoy elevator access, sweeping unobstructed bay views, and direct access to Laguna Reef’s 1,000 ft. lighted fishing pier—with underwater lights that put the fish on full display day and night.

This fully furnished, pet-friendly one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Step onto your private balcony, complete with a dining table and four chairs, and take in the sunrise with your morning coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail. It’s truly one of the best views in Rockport.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The living room features a queen-size pull-out couch with a comfortable foam mattress, accommodating additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals, and guests can enjoy use of an electric grill on the balcony or the charcoal grills available onsite.

Laguna Reef offers fantastic amenities, including a refreshing pool, relaxing hot tub, and the exclusive fishing pier—all available only to owners and guests.

Located just one mile from the vibrant shops and restaurants on S. Austin Street, you’ll be close to everything Rockport has to offer. Explore Rockport Beach, Little Bay, the harbor, local wineries, and popular festival grounds—all within two miles of the condo.

Excellent trip

Fabulous view and clean and quiet property. Staff and the other guests were super friendly. Hot tub was very warm and relaxing though wish it was open later than 8:00 pm. Loved all the spices provided for cooking, but there was no salt or pepper?? We loaded the dishwasher before leaving, but my friend forgot to turn it on. We apologize for that. Would stay here again in a minute!

Wonderful small town on the coast

Perfect spot for vacation! If you love smaller towns, you'll love this area! Great art district, close to back with shadow water, and wishing shops. Awesome host! If you plan to do your own cooking, bring spices.

A little fishing trip.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It is close to town but not so close that one would have to deal with traffic noise. The private pier is a plus. It’s still under construction, but complete enough to use. Communication with management was good when I called them. However, I sent a message through the VRBO website on a Friday and did not ever hear back from that message before we left. It wasn’t critical, but would have been nice to have received a reply. Overall we enjoyed our week there and will check its availability on another trip.

GREAT BAYSIDE CONDO

What a perfect place to relax and get some fishing in. The condo was as advertised with a great location and private pier. I go to the coast every year to relax after a hard month of work. This condo was the perfect place! It is clean and modern with all that you need for relaxation. It's great for the a couple or a single looking to get away. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Exceptional condo and views

We enjoyed our stay at Hootie and the Redfish so much! Views of the water were amazing. Finishes of the decor were high end. Would definitely return. The only cons: only 3 towels and 2 rags provided for 4 night stay, one was dirty although folded up. So, bring extra towels./rags. Also, the bedroom was a bit warm at 70. Would be nice if there was a separate window unit for the bedroom as the A/C doesn’t reach to bedroom well.

Lovely condo with spectacular view

Everything was wonderful—communication with host was easy, the condo is lovely, and the back patio/view is unmatched. This was one of our favorite VRBOs ever! We’re already talking about a return trip during whooping crane season.
