Newly Renovated Vacation Rental 2 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Large open lanai for meals and watching the sunset. NEW lanai dining set that seats 6 just added.
Large living room for relaxing with the family and also has a large flat screen tv.
Dining area has seating for 6 and you can make your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Kitchen also has a wine fridge for your use. 4 bar stools at the kitchen open counter next to dining table. Master bedroom has a on suite full bath, king size bed and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed that can also be converted to 2 beds and is located next to a full bathroom. You have a reserved parking stall and FREE HIGHSPEED WIFI for your use. Beach gear that also includes boogie boards and baby equipment is available for your use.

The Vistas Waikoloa is a private gated community with a large, heated saline pool, 2 hot tubs and bbq pavilion for guest to use. You are in walking distance to the Anaehoomalu Bay for a fun day at the beach and also a short walk to the shops and restaurants at The Kings Shops and The Queens Marketplace.

Beach gear, beach towels and beach chairs are also available for guest to use.

SPECIAL – Spend the day at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, you can buy a discounted DAY PASS to the pool/waterslide or relax at the spa with a SPA PASS. More info will be provided upon booking with us.

Beautiful lodging in a super amazing place

This was our fifth Lavaman triathlon. The waikaloa area is so amazing, its like a tranquil oasis that helps you get refreshed. Michelle's place made it even more perfect. The condo is well situated, peaceful, and walkable to shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Waikoloa Splendor

This is our 2nd stay in Vista Waikoloa. This unit is a ground floor unit and is very easy to access. It is well appointed and perfect for our needs. Walkable to beach access and shopping. A great unit we would highly recommend!

Perfect condo for a family of 4

The condo has been nicely remodeled and was very well stocked! Convenient location to explore on this side of the island. It has beach gear and beach towels which was very helpful. The pool was great too!

Nicely equipped spacious apartment in Waikoloa

This was a great apartment for our first stay in the Big Island for our family of 3. Apartment was spotless at check-in. Well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards also provided. Assigned parking spot is a plus. Closely located to the community pool and bbq area (but far enough that you don't hear the pool). The nearest beach is at walking distance, but if you want to take chairs and other equipment, we would recommend a short drive. Would stay at this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really nice unit on the ground floor. Doesn't get much direct sunlight so it keeps cool even without the a/c on. Very spacious and quiet, kitchen is well stocked and there are supplies for beach activities. Very convenient to both Kings and Queens Marketplaces. We liked having breakfast on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Two Bedroom Waikoloa Condo

When we first arrived at the A104 we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was also newly updated and looked just like the photos. We spent over two weeks at Vista Waikoloa and really like the properties location close to A Beach and shopping. Our only complaints were that we could hear the neighbors upstairs whenever they flushed the toilet or moved a chair. Previously the properties we stayed at were better sound insulated. The units lanai also faced the road and only had some hedges to provide some privacy. Facing the gold course would be nice, but otherwise it was just great!

We had an issue getting access to the property as well as the condo. Had to get in touch with management and finally property host to get gate code and door code. Once inside we had no hot water! It was fixed the next day but after a day of travel and 45 min drive a cold shower wasnt very nice. Sorta bummer when considering the amount you pay. Condo was nice, funiture was a bit dated and mismatched. Bathroom doors need to be replaced with real doors for privacy, the closet magnetic doors offered zero privacy. Beach equipment was well used, boogie boards were pretty beat up, one of the beach chairs had a broken handle. It was a great location and good place to call home once everything was settled out. Hopefully updated funiture, and better access communication will be addressed for future guests. This is the 4 vrbo we've had in HI over the years, I have to say I would probable not go back to this one unfortunately. It just didnt have that welcoming feeling the others had. It looked like a work in progress hopefully as these things are addressed I'll be a competitive listing again.

Never heard any of the neighbors. Being on the bottom floor was definitely a plus. PLace was very clean and I appreciated all the beach amenities and items needed for our stay. Parking was no hassle. Amenities were very close. No complaints at all for our stay.
