Newly renovated condo
Oceanview condo located in the popular Shore Drive area
Located on the 2nd floor with new keyless entry lock and it has 924 Sq feet.
We have a Master bedroom with a queen bed that fits 2 and the second bedroom has bunkbeds and one twin bed so it can sleep 3.
There is a pull-out sofa in the living room that can fit 2.
Kitchen has a new stainless-steel microwave, new stove, and new stainless-steel dishwasher.
The living room has a new 55" Hanging TV .
In addition, there is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen.
We also have a large 11x11 deck off the kitchen that has seating and ocean views.
Our condo is located directly across from the ocean.
Our complex has 2 beautiful inground pools.
NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO ALLOWED
One parking pass is provided at the Condo Complex

This place was so cute and felt like home. Very clean the owners we great at answering any questions I had in minutes (Tracy & Steven). I will definitely stay here again. Perfect place to stay if you love the beach!!!

This place was perfect for our family of five. The owner was wonderful and communicated quick and with no problems at all. This place was barely 1 block from the beach. Beds were comfy and clean. Place was perfectly decorated. It was also right around the corner for all the shopping dining and entertainment you could ask for. Plus grocery store was right around the corner. Pool was awesome!! Can not say enough positive about this place. We will for sure be back!!!

Relaxing beach vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was exactly as advertised. The condo was just a short walk to the beach - which is my family’s favorite place to go. The condo is located close to shops and excellent dining. The condo was clean with plenty of bedding, towels, soaps, and toilet paper provided! The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for me, my husband, and our two adult sons. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and response time was almost immediate. We would definitely love to stay here in the future if the opportunity arises!

Keyless entry didn’t work. Dishwasher leaking water No light fixture above table. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Socket came out of the wall when using hair dryer. Owner needs to make some improvements to this condo.

Perfect Time Away

My husband, 2 sons and I stayed at the condo for 6 days. It was so close to the beach as well as other Myrtle Beach attractions. The condo was clean and spacious. We were able to do laundry which was a huge help! We really enjoyed our time and will come back again!

Awesome Girl’s Weekend Away

The condo was awesome! Tracy allowed us to check in early bc it was available sooner than the check in time. The condo contained so many great features like a well equipped kitchen, extra blankets, cable tv and Wi-Fi to name a few things. The pools were well maintained and honestly the condo complex was very quiet especially with the amount of small children that we saw in the pool during the day. The beach access is super close. We loved Flip Flop’s! It was a great place to get a quick bite and awesome drinks. Overall, if we ever decide to come back to Myrtle, we’ll stay here.

Excellent location & property

My husband, our three adult children, and one son’s girlfriend stayed at this property. We all agreed this is the best location in the whole area to stay. The beach is in close walking distance from the condo. It’s a nice quiet area, but definitely close enough to all the attractions. The condo itself was very nice and clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedding was extremely comfortable. Even the sleeper sofa was comfortable. No one slept in the top bunk bed as it’s more for younger, lighter children, but I think our daughter would have been fine if we’d needed it. Water pressure was great. Air conditioning was nice and cool. The pools were nice. I had no complaints whatsoever! I definitely recommend staying here! Tracy is an awesome host who always responded to my questions within minutes.
