This 1bd/1ba condo has been recently renovated. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests with 1 queen and 1 sleeper sofa.

This 2nd floor unit (sorry no elevator) is only 1/2 a mile from the beach and features a screened in porch overlooking the natural saltwater marsh. This beautifully renovated unit has all new flooring, furniture and an updated fully stocked kitchen. For your convenience there is a flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi and in-unit washer & dryer.

Located in the popular Shore Drive section of the Grand Strand, Dunes Pointe provides you with a great place to experience a Myrtle Beach vacation. It is surrounded by a salt water marsh & fresh water lakes and is only 1/2 a mile from the beach. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, BBQ area, tennis courts and free parking. Renters are not permitted to have golf carts on-site.

Quite complex without many crowds in the pool or on the grounds. Not too far a walk to the beach. Would stay again, thanks!

Nice and relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time staying at a condo rental for vacation. It was very clean when we arrived and the email letting us know what was and wasn't supplied was great, so we were prepared. We didn't use the kitchen a ton, but everything we needed was available. It was also only a half mile from the beach, so we walked down daily. That was probably my favorite thing.

3 Month Rental Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and unit itself were perfect for what I needed. The place was very clean. Location was perfect for walking to the beach or bars down at the beach. My only complaint would be the noise level for above and below neighbors. Being woken up at 6/7am to families screaming at their kids and running around was not very enjoyable. Some days they would play music so loud I was unable to even hear my tv with all doors and windows shut. Besides the noise concerns this place was perfect for my extended stay. The staff at North Beach was able to accommodate my unexpected week extension which was awesome. Everyone was super friendly and helpful whenever needed.

Reviewer Comments: La photo décrit bien le condo très près de la plage environ 8 minutes à pieds quelque minutes en auto pour les services épicerie et autres. Toutes la description de la propriété est conforme la disposition et il on renouveler un sofa des personnes responsable car c'était la 2ieme fois que je louais au Dunes Pointe B10;le condo était très propres je recommanderais à ma famille pour 2 personnes. À mon arrivé North Beach Vacations très belle accueille du responsable en place pour prendre les clés pour les piscines et mon mot de passe pour le condo. Je retournerai dans mes prochaines vacances.

Great place to stay - will definitely return

Not what we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was satisfied with the property’s location however the unit was not clean when we arrived. The floor was full of sand and very dusty. The furniture in living room was well used as well as the bedroom furniture was not comfortable. The description stated it was Newley renovated which was no longer the case. The flooring was separating in various locations, kitchen also showed signs of not being cared for. We were satisfied with the management company however I would not recommend this property to others. We ended up leaving two days early as this was just not what we expected.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent, very close to the beach, and it had everything we needed. My only comment is unrelated to the property itself. As a Canadian, it was a bit off-putting to see the Trump signs in the office of the rental company when we went to check in.

Wonderful and as Described

Good location near a wide variety of local businesses and a very short walk to the beach. Property was comfortable and quiet, parking was convenient, and everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful.
