Sugar? Yes Please...On The Rocks! This immaculate mountainside cottage- Sugar On The Rocks- is convenient to local dining and attractions and has amazing mountain views! Enjoy the cool breeze on one of the covered decks, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy a delicious beverage while taking in the scenery. This lovely 4 bed/3.5 bath cottage has a fully stocked kitchen, game room with pool table and big screen TV, gas logs, and an open floor plan perfect for making memories with friends and family!

Enter the property into a foyer that opens into the living room and immediately take in the view! This main floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room with gas logs, access to a deck with seating area, a master bedroom suite with a king bed, and 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and laundry facilities. Downstairs is an additional queen bedroom, a game room with a pool table, seating area, and tv. Soak in the hot tub while enjoying the view from the lower level deck, or grill your favorite food on the gas grill. "Sugar On The Rocks" is a great place for family and friends to enjoy the high country. We look forward to hosting you!

Please note: A MAXIMUM OF 8 ADULTS and 4 CHILDREN are permitted. There are 4 twin rollaway beds: 2 upstairs, and 2 downstairs suitable for children.

***Up to 2 small dogs are permitted with paid pet fee- please select pets at the time of booking to apply the pet fee.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available in the gravel driveway. The garage is not available for guest use and is locked.

*****Sugar On The Rocks is heated, but does not have air conditioning. Due to the higher elevation, many properties such as this do not require A/C because of the cooler summer temperatures.

Sugar On The Rocks is located only minutes away from grocery stores, dining, and outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking. Be sure to check out Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster and Adventure Course as well!

Linens, towels, soaps/shampoos are included. Firewood can be purchased from Food Lion, only .3 miles away.

Attention all guests:
Entry Door/Screen Door: Please ensure the screen door is properly latched after each use, as damage will occur from strong mountain winds.

Hot tub: The hot tub is serviced and photo documented prior to each guest's arrival. There is a $300 fee if the hot tub has to be cleaned or drained/refilled due to negligence. Please enjoy responsibly!

***Reservations must be 15 days or less. Per homeowner request, reservations greater than 15 days will be canceled.

Guests will be provided a code that allows entry to the front door smart lock. There is a doorbell camera and a flood light camera located on the exterior of the house for security. There are no interior cameras or recording devices.

"Sugar On The Rocks" is able to comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children. A maximum of 8 adults is permitted. Thank you!

HOT TUB: By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by the posted rules, some of which include showering before and after use of the hot tub (detergents in swimsuits not properly washed before using the hot tub cause foam) and you acknowledge and accept a cleaning fee of $300 if the hot tub has to be drained/refill/sanitized due to negligence/failure to abide by the posted rules. WE PHOTO DOCUMENT that the hot tub water is sanitary and tested prior to your stay. To avoid being charged a drain/refill fee, please use responsibly!
