Lovely villa a short walk from bars and restaurants

We stayed for 5 days in October and had a wonderful time. The owner gave us lots of info on the local area, ideas of where to eat, and the villa itself was perfect for us. Just a short stroll to the marina for lovely food. All very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect for cooling off. I highly recommend this villa for friends or families as it is a peaceful area with a quiet time from 10pm to 8am.

Fantastic family holiday

We enjoyed a 2 week holiday in this property. It was our first villa holiday having previously stayed in all inclusive hotels. We all enjoyed this holiday so much that we will do villa holidays moving forward and will definitely return to this property. The owner couldn’t of been more helpful and we had no complaints. I would definitely recommend this property

Lovely property. Great host !!

Villa situated a short 7 minute walk from Marina Rubicon. Very clean villa. Two mountain bikes available free to use. Plenty of parking and good friendly neighbors. Taxis are very cheap and reliable, €2.45 from Marina. Gosia very helpful host. Will stay here again.

Lovely space, really recommend staying here.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 10 days and had a lovely time. The villa is exactly as you see in the pictures, it’s bright and has a lovely breeze that blows through it if you leave the windows open in the day. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the Marina Rubicon and a further 10/15 minutes to the centre of playa Blanca (only 5 minutes in the car). We really enjoyed our stay; check in was simple, any communication with the host was quick and very helpful, the place was very clean and we’d recommend this place highly!

Fabulous villa in a perfect location

The villa is wonderful, it was very clean and well equipped, it had comfy beds and a lovely pool. The bikes were a very welcome addition, they enabled us to easily explore the entire area. Gosia was very helpful and communicated well with us prior to and during the trip. The location was great for us, only a 15 minute walk to the Rubicon Centre and from there only a further 15 mins walk will take you into Playa Blanca centre. Taxis are very reasonably priced so it makes getting about easy if you don’t rent a car. Thank you Gosia, we had a perfect holiday

Relaxing Stay

We had a relaxing stay at this villa, 15 minutes walk to the Marina and 25 minutes walk to Playa Blanca (If you prefer a nice casual walk). The Villa had all of the amenities we required. Air conditioning is not available in the villa and would have ben useful during a period of unusually high temperature, although a powerful fan was available in the the villa. The owner has 2 bicycles at the villa which can be used and very useful for quick trips. Overall a relaxing and comfortable stay, thank you.

Many thanks to Gosia & Maria for their lovely clean Villa.We had a great time at the Villa it had everything you need even down to the wine glasses and corkscrew.The Villa had ample parking as a car is essential as you can walk to the local shop but as the area is having a lot of on going construction work this walk is definitely a no go in the dark but we knew this on booking but check it out on Google Earth.Just a few improvements needed for our host without being negative.On arrival the steel gate was very hard to unlock this could be made easier, there was a torn and very dirty sun bed we did not know if this had been left for recovering or was awaiting disposal.The bathrooms were very clean and a credit to the team but both bath/shower tap fittings need attention as the water tap diverter did not work properly so half the water went to the shower and the other half went to the bath, so very slow shower pressure, also one bathroom had a new pedal bin the other bathroom had a old rusty bin ?The lounge area could do with a update but the rest of the villa was as the photos, very clean and tidy. The pool was very clean and was cleaned twice on our visit, also the artificial grass was very clean and pleasing to the eye. Once again guys many thanks.RegardsSteve & Mary

Maison agréable à Playa Blanca

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille (6 personnes) Ă  Lanzarote dans la maison de Gosia (8 jours en dĂ©cembre 2022). La maison est propre, trĂšs fonctionnelle et agrĂ©able. La maison est bien situĂ©e proche de supermarchĂ©s (accessibles Ă  pieds), commerces et restaurants. Nous avons louĂ© une voiture, qui nous a permis de visiter toute l’üle. Nous avons vraiment appreciĂ© la communication et la rĂ©activitĂ© de Gosia, qui transmet en dĂ©but de sĂ©jour de nombreuses informations sur l’üle. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones perfectas, la casa sĂșper cĂłmoda, habitaciones, baños muy amplios una pequeña piscina que te da la vida cuando vienes con calor. La comunicaciĂłn con Gosia muy buena es muy agradable . Si vuelvo a Lanzarote repetirĂ© en la misma casa de Gosia.

Maravillosa estancia

Estuvimos una semana alojados, la localizaciĂłn perfecta para estar cerca de las playas del Papagayo y alejados de la multitud. Perfecta para el descanso. Los niños disfrutaron mucho la piscina. La llegada y comunicaciĂłn sin ningĂșn problema. AdemĂĄs tenĂ­amos dos bicicletas para llegar al supermercado mas cercano, aunque andando solamente eran 5 minutos. Todo lo necesario para disfrutar una semana.

La casa es mejor que en las fotos, limpia, cómoda, amplia, equipada de todo, y un lujo los exteriores., la zona muy tranquila para descansar al igual que se encuentra cerca de tiendas, hostelería y supermercados, al igual que los accesos a las carreteras para poder visitar toda la isla. La comunicación con el dueño fue en todo momento fluida y rapida tanto cuando hicimos la reserva, la entrada en la casa y cualquier duda que nos surgió. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

Casa ideal para unas vacaciones de relax

Acabo de volver de pasar mis vacaciones en familia (4 adultos) en la casa de Gosia y ha sido una experiencia estupenda. La casa estå situada en una urbanización muy tranquila a 4-5 minutos en coche de playa blanca y cerca de sitios importantes para visitar como el Timanfaya, el Golfo etc. Muy limpia y bien equipada de mobiliario, utensilios y electrodomésticos. Una maravilla haber podido disfrutar de su jardin con piscina y barbacoa en donde pasamos casi todo el tiempo. Gosia una anfitriona muy amable que estuvo siempre disponible por correo electrónico y que ademås nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y cosas que hacer por Lanzarote. Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%

Genial!!

El alojamiento ha estado fenomenal, fuimos un matrimonio con dos niños y ha sido todo un acierto, piscina fantĂĄstica y vivienda en una planta sĂșper cĂłmodo sobre todo por los niños. Gosia , la anfitriona, ha estado muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Todo ello unido a que Lanzarote es maravillosa, ha hecho que hayamos pasado unas vacaciones de 10!!

The house is spacious and fully equipped. We will be always available for any questions or tips during your stay!
