On the upper level of this split-level home, you will find a large, open living room with a beautiful stone fireplace. With plenty of seating and a large flat screen tv, the living room is laid out perfectly for watching sports or movie nights. The living room shares a space with a large kitchen with island seating which creates a great space for entertaining. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, updated appliances, and everything needed to create a memorable family meal. Just off of the kitchen is access to the large back deck area, where you will find a bbq, outdoor furniture, and an elevated hot tub with a wooded view which is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventuring.

Down the hall from the living room is a relaxing sunroom with a flat-screen tv and access to the back deck and hot tub area. You will also find three bedrooms in this wing of the home. The warm and welcoming primary bedroom has large windows, a king-size bed, a remote workspace, and a cozy gas fireplace. 2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The driveway to this property has a steep upslope. A 4WD vehicle is strongly advised during the winter months.
4. Internet access in Alpine Meadows is known to be slow compared to urban standards. Refunds will not be issued for internet service interruptions.
5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
