Amazing Olympic Valley mountain and forest views from every room of this 3 level end-unit condo! Huge main living area with gas fireplace and 5 balconies to enjoy the views. During ski season, the complimentary Mountaineer Shuttle will whisk you to the slopes. Relax on the cozy sectional or recliners with room for your whole group. Large communal hot tub available in winter for your use. New refrigerator, dishwasher, washer & dryer - well stocked chef's kitchen & lots of board games.
The gondola to Alpine from Palisades is now operational so you can enjoy both mountains with one lift ticket or IKON pass.
We are an upper end-unit condo, every floor and room has wonderful forest and mountain views. New rustic faux wood flooring in the main living area with a new live-edge dining table with panoramic windows on three sides looking out into the open space. New flooring on the 1st floor as well with a new sitting area, 50 inch tv and gas fireplace. The 1st floor sitting area creates a separate cozy hangout for kids or teenagers while allowing the adults to enjoy the main 2nd floor. Enjoy meals made in your fully stocked kitchen featuring a new refrigerator and dishwasher, sink & faucet. Plus microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker and Keurig. Dine more casually at the breakfast bar with seating for 3.
This 1780 square foot home sleeps 8 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms and a (new) sleeper sofa in the lower living room.
Bedroom #1 is an ensuite with fabulous third floor mountain views, cal-king bed, new 50 inch smart tv, armoire to hang clothes, separate dresser, ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo with views, and private balcony access.
Bedroom #2 is a second ensuite with a third floor mountain view, cal-king bed, 50 inch new smart tv, closet, dresser, private bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony.
Bedroom #3 is on the lower level with a queen bed, dresser, new sliding barn door and separate sitting area with forest views, full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The sitting area features a new sectional with pull out queen mattress.
THINGS TO NOTE:
This end-unit three-level condo is 1780 square feet with a large common living area and 5 balconies to enjoy the views.
Dogs Considered! We want to share our lovely home with your well-behaved (at least one year old) dog because we understand that your dog is part of the family and your vacation memories need the pup included! Your deposit will be forfeited if any of these rules are violated:
1) DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG UNATTENDED IN THE UNIT!
2) Do not allow your dog on furniture or beds.
3) Please wipe off your dog if dirty or covered in snow using the " dog towels" at our front door.
4) Do not bathe your dog in the sink or shower!
5) Please walk your dog when nature calls and pick up after them appropriately. Do not leave piles of poop.
6) If an accident happens in the house, please notify the owners immediately (Barb at 925 858-7849 or Kevin at 916 402-2407) so we can arrange a special cleaning.
7) Please do not let your dog out off-leash as there are bears, raccoons and coyotes that can kill your pet (especially at night). Please keep your dog quiet.
Parking - we have one dedicated parking spot for unit 24 and lots of guest parking is available on a first come, first served basis. If you are visiting while it is snowing, you may need to move your vehicle to allow the snow plows to work - they plow at least once every 24 hours and usually twice during heavy snow fall.
Stairs - we have lots of stairs! One level up from parking to the first floor entry with bottom level bedroom, sitting area and bathroom. Then another level up from entry to main common area with living room and kitchen. Final level up to third floor with two ensuite bedrooms.
You may need a four wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle in the winter! You will need to move your vehicle during heavy snow to allow the snow plow to plow your spot(s).
New washer and dryer in unit.
High-speed internet is provided.
Complimentary door-to-door shuttle service available through the Mountaineer mobile app during ski season.
Heated pool (in summer), hot tub, saunas, and tennis courts on-site. Please note in the winter only the hot tub is functioning.
Pickleball courts, playground, and synthetic soccer field are right next door at Squaw Valley Park.
Located right off Highway 89 for easy car access to and from the area.
Located right off of both the Truckee River and Olympic Valley Bike Paths for easy bike access to the lake, mountain biking, and resort areas.
