This spacious multi level condo in the River Run HOA has plenty of space for family and friends to unwind and relax. The large living room is filled with natural light and has a gas fireplace for those chilly winter evenings after a day on the slopes.

You will be delighted with the mountain decor throughout the home and enjoy the open space combining the living room, kitchen and dining room creating great zone to gather with family and friends. High wooden ceilings add to the spacious layout and ambiance of this home. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a gorgeous stone fireplace. The sectional sofa and adjacent leather chair make gathering very relaxing.

Up a few steps up from the from the living room, the beautiful wooden dining room seats eight with another small kids table off to the side that seats four and the breakfast bar that has seats for three. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and fully equipped with everything you need to make a nice home-cooked meal. You will find deck access located right from the kitchen that features forest views. The first bedroom is on this floor with a queen bed and an attached private bathroom.

The top floor holds the primary bedroom, an additional queen bedroom and a kid’s room. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, ample storage and an attached private bathroom that features a double vanity and elegant walk-in shower. The second room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a baby crib. You can access another full bathroom in-between these rooms.
This 4-bedroom/3.5-bathroom lovely mountain condominium home comfortably sleeps 8 people. You will have access to a 2-car garage and as a bonus, you are only steps away from the seasonal community pool, hot tubs, sauna and tennis courts.

Situated very close to the Truckee River, you’ll find miles of bike paths and hiking trails at your disposal. Don’t forget the Crest Café and River Ranch Restaurant and Bar are both within short walking distance. Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe winter resorts are very close and snow tubing at Palisades is available too. Tahoe XC is not far away if you want to cross country ski or snowshoe.

In the summer, you are just a short distance (4 miles) from Lake Tahoe. There are also hiking trails that surround the area, notably the favorite Five Lakes Trail is and easy 2.5 miles away. Horseback riding, and mountain biking trails are all right here too.
