A den downstairs provides an additional social area. Check emails at the vintage desk or watch favorite shows on the 40in flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up home-cooked meals in the fully stocked second-floor kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a glass tile backsplash. Bonuses include a farmhouse sink and a spacious center island with seating for three. Convenient kitchen gadgets include a Nespresso machine, wine fridge, coffee maker, and blender.
Open a bottle of chilled wine and gather around the dining table for six or take a seat at the island.
BED & BATH
This bright three-story beach house sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Located on the first floor, the first and second bedrooms each have a Tempur-Pedic queen bed. A full bathroom in the hall features a marble vanity and a tub/shower combination.
On the second floor, find complete relaxation in the master suite with a Tempur-Pedic queen bed and a 54in flat-screen TV. Antique furnishings, a desk, and a plush chair accent the space. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a double marble vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a separate water closet.
A half bathroom is conveniently located next to the living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
