LIVING AREA

With overstuffed leather couches and armchairs, the warm and inviting living room offers an ideal social space. Gather for a movie night on the 50in TV with Blu-ray player, or enjoy evening fun in the basement game room with a foosball and pool table.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, a double sink, a fully-stocked spice rack, and ample serveware. Perch at the kitchen bar for appetizers. Gather at the six-person table for meals.

BED & BATH

The spacious primary bedroom offers a California king bed, fireplace, 40in TV with Netflix, private balcony, and a sofa bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a twin daybed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while the third guest room includes two full-size beds. A guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath is located just off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the outdoor areas of this home are particularly relaxing. Grill dinner on the barbecue while watching the sunset from the backyard. Dine alfresco with ample seating on the deck before unwinding in the hot tub.

This home has an automatic generator in case of a winter power outage.
The pellet stove in the living area is not available for guest use.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Great location but run down house

At first glance the property is wonderful and a great location. However the house has a pretty bad leak at the front entrance. We had to place a bucket for the entire time of our stay. Hot tub needs to be cleaned and basement/game room need to have working games. I attempted to call the property but never really got back on the issues.

Needs some TLC

The house itself was great. The basement game room was great for the kids and there was plenty of space for my family of 7. However, there were many small issues that, if fixed, would make this place a 5 star stay. The microwave handle was broken. Anyone not aware might rip the handle completely off. There is a broken spindle on the staircase heading up to the second floor that falls out at times when walking past it. The garage door was stuck open about 6 inches making the garage and bathroom next to it freezing cold. The game room had no darts for the dart board, and broken pieces on the Foosball table. I bought some darts at the local big 5 so the kids could play. Also, the rugs laid on the floor of the game room curl up at the corners causing a tripping hazard. If these little things are addressed, this place would be amazing. Still a wonderful spot regardless of these little problems. Close to all the fun stuff but tucked away enough to feel like you're getting the mountain escape feeling.

Comfy, great stay

This is our 2nd time staying here and the kids can't grt enough of the game room. Spacious and cozy.

Lovely clean home

The house was very clean and accurately described in the listing. Minor complaints are that the pool table balls are in rough shape and the foosball table had no balls. Everything else was perfect..

Family Friendly

The home was spacious and had lots of room. I'm a family of 6 and brought my sister and my niece. We each had our own room and bed. The bathrooms did have enough towels even though we did bring our own. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The living room spacious. The jacuzzi was fun and enjoyable. The basement was a hit with the kids. They love playing pool and hanging in their own space. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.
