Our home is a large penthouse apartment with 360-degree views. On the front side, you will be looking at the ocean from the living room, kitchen, living room, balconies, and decked terrace. This terrace is about 200 square meters, it includes a sun bathing area, an outdoor living room, a dining space with a bbq, outdoor showers, and a spectacular view of the nearby forest, the town, and the city of Cadiz.

The apartment is directly in front of the ocean. It will take you 1 minute to walk to the beach, with direct access to it from the communal garden.

If you enjoy windsurfing or kitesurfing, the beach in front of the house is a popular spot for it. During the summer months, you can easily rent out gear. During the rest of the year, if you want to rent you will have to call them so they can come and bring the equipment.

In less than 10 minutes drive you can play golf in La Ballena, a stunning course with sea views located in a residential area of Rota.

Our home is ideal for families. You will have access to a common swimming pool, with a grass area. During the summer months, they can meet and play with other kids (Spanish and some international).
