Newly Remodeled 3rd floor Beachfront Luxury Condo end unit with elevator access. Virtually 360 views of Ocean and Intercoastal waterway. Views of Sunrise and Sunset. Near to Historic St. Augustine sites and restaurants. 2 minutes to Charter Fishing, boat rental and boat parking.

This unit sleeps 6 comfortably.

Directly overlooks the ocean. Corner unit overlooking pool area available to guests.

The property was beautiful. Just as pictures had shown. It was very clean and very adequately equipped with linens, kitchen items and beach accessories. We loved the beautiful scene from the balcony and our corner room. If possible, we would love to go to St Augustine again and have the same condo at Sand Dollar II.

Wonderful Condo, Great Beach!

A wonderful condo on the beach at Crescent Beach! Beautifully decorated! Management team was very accommodating. Loved sitting on the patio watching the ocean. Tennis courts even set up for pickleball.

Breathtaking Ocean Views

The Condo is situated on the southeast corner giving 180 degree views of the open ocean. Amazing. Owner was very communicative and helpful, unit was extremely well stocked and clean. Highly recommend!

Wonderful holiday

My mom and I stayed here over Christmas. The unit was clean and well cared for, with many thoughtful touches for guests’ convenience. Every room was beautifully designed. The owners were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Even though it was so cold we couldn’t spend much time outside, with the fantastic views from the living room and master bedroom, we still enjoyed our “beach time.” Be sure to find the binoculars under the television- perfect for boat and dolphin sightings!

Best Vacation Ever

We have been vacationing in St. Augustine for 25 years and this was hands down the best condo we have ever rented. The Sand Dollar complex was excellent in every way. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. The view is absolutely stunning from everywhere in the condo! The pool is literally right on the ocean with the shortest boardwalk over to the beach! Thank you for the best 1o days of our lives! We made so many precious memories & give God all the thanks for providing this much needed getaway for us!

We had not previously stayed this far down from St Augustine Beach, but when I found the listing, I wanted to give it a try. The condo was lovely. Very spacious, comfy furniture, lots of amenities and there was even some extra beach chairs and other items in case you might need them (we didn’t, but good to know they were there). The condo was on the corner of the building right by the stairs access, which took you right out to the pool and then right to the access to the beach which was not that long of a walk. This was very much appreciated when we had to take our stuff to the beach and back. The balcony was nice to sit on and have coffee in the mornings and watch the sun come up. Over all, the condo was wonderful. I would recommend it and hopefully we can book it again when we return the next time we come down!

Beautiful Condo with all the extras!

My family and I stayed here for a week in August 2024. The condo was even better than expected. The 3 bedrooms were fully equipped with nice and comfortable linens. The bathrooms have been nicely remodeled and the master bathroom is handicap friendly. The bathrooms were supplied with plenty of toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and 2 coffee makers (Keurig and Mr Coffee), air fryer, blender, lots of spices and plenty of everything else that a kitchen needs. The condo also had 4 beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. The condo was really beyond our expectations, and we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay at Crescent Beach

LOVE ❤️ LOVE What a great trip! This condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, all with nice TVs. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice and seemed newlyremodeled. The beach closet had everything we needed: chairs, boogie boards, tents, and toys. There were plenty of beach towels too. The complex was perfect: an easy walk to the beach, nice pool, covered parking, and grilling area. It was not crowded and all families. Our host, Dan, was so helpful. He answered questions quickly and was very accommodating when we asked for an early check n. We even had a welcome basket waiting for us upon arrival. We look forward to coming back to this unit again. It was a wonderful trip

I cannot say enough in this small space. Location- beautiful ocean front view. Just beautiful. Condo unit- is actually better than the pictures. What you don’t see are all the beach chairs, towels, appliances, cookware, soft comfortable bedding, view to the pool below…. I can go on and on. The beach- this beach has the best soft white sand and a spectacular long shallow surf line perfect for families. At some point during low or high tide, the shoreline develops wade pools. The beach is also very long perfect for biking, walking, running etc. The Owners- easy to reach, very accommodating, and just overall wonderful. I will book again.

Loved it!

This is a beautiful condo! It’s very spacious, open, bright and very clean! The views from the master BR and deck overlook the ocean and are beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of linens for both bathrooms and kitchen as well as beach towels and blankets. Easy walk to the beach or pool, beach chairs, umbrellas and tents all provided. The property owner (Dan) responded promptly to every question we had and provided recommendations to local restaurants and attractions that we appreciated. The condo is short drive to many restaurants and grocery stores and about 25 min. to St Augustine. However, there was quite a bit of noise everyday from a construction project going on at the next building. Other than that, we loved this property!
